Very peaceful, warm and inviting, comfortable setting with lots of nature and wildlife. Very private, yet minutes from Starbucks, HEB grocery store , Planet fitness and the Guadalupe River! Wonderful 5 bedroom 2 1/2 bath family home on 4 private and gated acres! Perfect for a family get away, office retreat, extended family get together, graduation or nearby event such as a wedding or graduation! ((Just 10miles from Park 31 event center)Stay in a spacious, non-smoking, clean and comfortable home for your next outing. Beds include 1 king, 3 queens , 2 twins(trundle). Retreat- like setting with many trees, deer, front and back covered porches, and country landscape. Gas grill on large covered patio overlooking the refreshing pool! (No hot tub). Garden, treehouse, fire pit , deer and trails to enjoy!

Summary: Beautiful house and location with all the amenities. The pool and outdoor area is incredible and, unlike many places, far outshines the pictures. Clean and comfortable with all the necessities. Well stocked kitchen. Hosts communicated well. Was the perfect place for a getaway. 10 stars!!! So hope to to come back!

Summary: This is our second year of staying here for our annual friend gathering. We plan to come back again next year. Comfortable, clean, secluded, well stocked for cooking. And the pool is fantastic in the Texas summer. Thanks for another great girls weekend!

Summary: This was an amazing stay for my family. We enjoyed the secluded property with private pool. Mark was a great communicator and very friendly. We stayed there a week and would book it again, for sure!

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here- especially hanging out by the pool. We had a large group of family and all had our own space for sleeping and good size table and living room for gathering in the evenings. We were close enough for adventures to tubing, San Antonio, horseback riding and take-out food. But also quiet enough to relax around the house. We loved seeing the deer every morning too.

Summary: The layout of this home was amazing for us and our three girls. We had lots of fun in the pool and hanging out on the back patio. It is very quiet (except when our kids got excited) place in the hills. We thought the location was perfect for seclusion but close to an HEB for groceries. Amazing place. We loved our time there.
