Summary: The apartment was roomy, clean and well air-conditioned for a July stay. Water was always hot for showers, and there were plenty of staples like salt, pepper, sugar, oils and condiments. Refrigerator space was ample, and beds/pillows/towels were comfortable. The place is great if you have a large party because you can spread out quite easily. The rooftop is beautiful and though it was too hot for lounging, was quite nice in the morning and for air-drying clothes (this would be great spring or fall). We used the projector several times in the evening to hang out and watch Ted Lasso with a little wine. Otherwise we didn't bother with any of the televisions. Wireless internet was dependable and adequate. Location was great, a short easy walk to Termini. Several great restaurants nearby, plus a small grocery a block away. Area not too touristy so prices were reasonable for everything. Neighborhood very safe at night as well. We would definitely stay here again.

Summary: Overall, a very nice place to stay. The rooftop is a very nicr ammenity. The place was clean and had what we needed for a 3night stay. It was located near grocery stores, a pharmacy, and lots of restaurants. It was a very short walk to the main rome train station. We arrived very late in the night and the outside door was locked. We had to ring and wake a resident in another apartment to buzz us in. So, try and arrive earlier in the day if possible.

Summary: Place was perfect! Great location! Just close enough to all the main sights, but just far enough away where things stay pretty quiet. Perfect set up when traveling with large family or other couples.

Summary: Very nice apartment. Good location. Close to train station, bus, grocery stores, restaurants, etc. Large apartment. Ideal for a group. We were 9 in total and always add plenty of space. 4 bathrooms with 4 showers. The elevator can cause some small issues sometimes, but hey, it was put in place in 1927, not so bad after all. The online registration process works correctly but it is a little burdensome, with all the photos to be sent in advance. There should be an easier way to do it. The manager of the apartment is very, very responsive and helpful. The reacted very quickly to an issue there was with the on-roof toilet and shower. There à some minor issues that we have raised when leaving only. Let’s hope they put the little « extra love » into this to make it the perfect apartment. Many thanks again. We really enjoyed our stay there.

Summary: Lots of room. The only thing you need to know is steep stairs to get to first floor and one bathroom Is down stairs. I would recommend it. We enjoyed our stay and they fave good instructions and met us at the water taxi stop and walked is to the apartment.

Summary: Great communication with the owner to ensure check-in/checking-out of the property. Great location, plenty of space, and beds for our party of 9, including children. The only downside, actually more of a hiccup, was that I did not have the internet connection to download the check-in combinations to enter the property. However, the representative took my call and assisted me remotely to get in. Overall , great experience.

Summary: An unbelievable place in a great location! The pictures to the property on the site don’t do justice to how nice it really is! We had 8 in our party and had plenty of space for everyone! An added bonus is the outside terrace upstairs that is gorgeous! The property has a great location to lots of restaurants and small shops. Train station is only a 10-15 minute walk away and all the major tourist attractions are a short taxi ride away. We were met by Monica when we arrived and she was fantastic to work with and provided us with tons of information and was able to set up taxis to several of our excursions. We had a wonderful trip to Rome and the property was a big reason.
