You'll find a modern and essential suite on two levels, on the fourth floor with a lift, in a late nineteenth-century building, with high ceilings. A large window insulates you from the outside but lets you enjoy the view of the Diocletian's Baths area. The living area is on the first level and the sleeping area with the bath is secluded on the habitable mezzanine.
The space is perfect for two persons and comfortable for four. A fifth person must adapt to the size of a bit shorter single sofa bed (75 x 186).
You'll be free to prepare breakfast by yourself, at any time you want: there is cutlery, kettle, and microwave with grill, suitable for toasting bread and warming drinks, but also to heat ready meals if you don't feel like eating out. Please, note that there is no kitchen or kitchenette. There's a small fridge of 17 litres, with a cell for ice, in the cupboard containing the crockery. NO use of the laundry machine.
The suite is inside our apartment but remains completely independent from our rooms. We have in common only the entrance. We'll give you the keys for getting you in and out freely. For timetables of check-in and check-out, we'll try to meet your needs as much as possible.
We appreciate "green" habits.
No other guests other than the registered ones are accepted.
All guests are asked to keep quiet between 10.30 pm and 9.00 am, to respect neighbours and the other inhabitants of the whole building and to leave the place as they found it.
Any damage or loss is subject to reimbursement.
There's a security deposit of €100 refundable.
Any other rule is suggested by reasonable common sense.

Summary: It is cozy place within walking distance to Roma Stazione, as well as within 20 minutes walks of major attractions.The owner is very gracious and helpful. Place I would say is large enough for two people maybe 3. I wish could have stayed longer but shorten my stay due to hot weather in Rome. The next door restaurant has excellent selection of food and yummy. Definitely give it a try.

Summary: Maria Laura was a very generous host. She and her husband warmly welcomed us and made sure we had everything we needed. She anticipated our needs well upon arrival and departure and made arrangements with us in advance. She provided coffee and tea makings and a few snacks. She instantly brought us a heater after we told her we were a little chilly, which solved the problem. The apartment was quiet, looked out over a park, and was in easy walking distance to the metro, shopping and restaurants.

Summary: Maria Laura was wonderful to deal with. From the time of our booking till the morning we departed, she was available if we needed anything. The apartment was a 9 minute easy walk from Roma Termini even with luggage. It is close to the Repubblica Metro station and main bus routes. We were 3 adults and the apartment was sapciuos with everything you would need when visiting Rome. The apartment was spotless, very clean and comfortable. Maria Laura provided us several good restaurant recommendations that were only a few minutes from the apartment where the locals ate. We would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone visiting Rome and would definitely book again.

Summary: My wife and I stayed for three nights, and we really enjoyed the ease for getting on and off public transportation to see the city easily. It was also easy to find our way to the place from the airport because of the sit bus shuttle ending only a few minutes walk away. There was also a very nice caffe within walking distance (Gastronomia D'angelo). Maria Laura is anxious to answer all of your questions, and gives very helpful advice.

Summary: Maria Laura and her husband were fabulous hosts. We were given accurate information on how to get to the apartment and received a warm welcome upon our arrival. The place is super clean and a short walk from Termini. Maia Laura was readily accessible although everything was so well set that we didn't need to reach her. She even provided water, juice, milk, butter, jam, toast and coffee/tea for us which was great and much appreciated. We really enjoyed our time staying at her place.

Summary: Easy walk to Termini. Walkable to main tourist areas (Piazza Navona, Forum, Colosseum, etc.) - although a little sketchy coming back at night thru some isolated spots. Very clean. Fresh, bright decor. Elevator/lift after short flight up. Lovely, responsive owners. Nice view with big window & darkening curtains. A/c. Convenient location: transportation, restaurants & shops nearby. There is a laundry around the block that washed/dried our clothes in 2hrs for 12-15 euros per shopping bag. A few minutes walk to fantastic food at Bacco Al Pretorio restaurant.
