Very bright, attractive and family-friendly apartment with personal charm in a small, well-kept urbanization in El Verger with a covered terrace on the first floor.
It was built in 2004 and is in very good condition. You have a wonderful view of the community pool and the mountain 'Segaria' in east, south, and west.
You are only approx. 350 m from the beach and only 7 km from the beautiful harbor town of Denia with its well-preserved castle complex, the beautiful old town streets and the daily fish auctions.
In the entire area you have many options for holiday planning, such as: shopping, restaurants, bars, boat trips, quad tours, motorcycling, live music, fiestas, discos, museums, flea markets, snorkeling, spa, beach, diving, beach bars , going out, ferry to Ibiza, Formentera and Mallorca, cycling (road and trekking), running, hiking, climbing, tennis, riding, golfing and much more.
Various leisure and water parks such as E.g. Terramitica or Aqualandia can be reached in half an hour by car.
Relaxation or action, there is something for everyone.
But not only in summer there is a lot to see, winter with its mild climate is also very nice here. If you want to spend the winter or just want to extend the summer, please contact me.

Summary: We wanted somewhere to be based for a short break in late October and to be in a reasonable distance of Alicante and Valencia. The apartment is spotless and well maintained with good overall facilities. The neighbourhood is very quiet, with a good restaurant and Lidl nearby. The only minus point, was the lack of English TV channels.

Summary: Sylvia's apartment was absolutely lovely, spotlessly clean and very well equipped - everything you could ask for. The location is on the quieter side of things but that was just what we wanted. Only a short walk to the beach, Lidl supermarket, and a few restaurants. There is a bus which runs into Denia (every 1 hour in the summer, and every 2 hours in Winter - which starts on 7th of September apparently!), the fare is 1.5 € each way, takes about 20 minutes and was very reliable. Wifi signal was very good (despite the thunder storms), limited British TV channels but there is a DVD player. All in all a lovely place to stay and relax, would not hesitate to book again.

Summary: Hello, we just came back home from wonderful vacation at this place. It was just perfect for us! Everything was exactly as I wanted to be. It is located away from busy crowds and large hotels as in Denia. I really do not like beaches as they are in Denia: lots of crowds, dirty sea etc. Here it is different, there are very few people on the local beach (5 min from the apartment), it is very clean and is like in paradise:). It is a perfect place to spend time with kids. I have one kid of 10 years old and she liked our local beach the most (lots of open space, quite wavy water comparing to neighbor beaches, getting deep quite quick). And my 5 years old liked the neighbor beach the most (you can reach it by a small 10 min walk from our local beach if you go on the left): it is always quiet and no waves (even if it is windy weather), fully sandy, you can walk really long distance from the shore before you reach deep water (perfect for infants), perfect place for snorkling. These 2 beaches are just 10 min apart and are absolutely different, other words, this place suits for any taste:). Everything else (cleanliness, welcomeness of the property owner, comfort of the property etc) was also beyond all expectations. Janett gave us all necessary information regarding the neighborhood, many recommendations (about food shops, restaurants, entertainment for kids etc) and was so prompt when getting back to us. At the same time you can reach beautiful old town Denia in 15-20 min by car, if you get bored at the evening time. Yes, and swimming pool! It is such a wonderful idea to have an opportunity to swim in a pool after dinner when you travel with small kids (when they are too tired to go to the beach again). The pool is large, clean, safe and beautifully surrounded by different plants and flowers, not crowded at all as well (because it is not a large resort), we swam there just by ourselves quite often.

Summary: We want to thank Sylvia for the most enjoyable, peaceful and relaxing stay. The apartment has absolutely everything one could need on holiday including sun loungers for the pool and shopping trolley for the beach or shops (great if you don’t have a car and need to get your water from Lidl). Overall the apartment was very comfortable and spotlessly clean and we felt very safe as we were two women on our own. Sylvia recommended Beniconnect bus service from Alicante airport to Denia which took about an hour - we then got a taxi to the apartment. A nice easy journey as we didn’t want to hire a car. We did the same to return to the airport. The pool is cleaned every other day and most days we had it to ourselves which was fabulous. Our terrace overlooked the pool and mountains and we felt it was the best positioned apartment on the whole urbanisation. The location is a little out of the way if you don’t have a car but perfect for us as we only wanted to chill by the pool or go to the beach. Lidl is approximately a 10 minute walk as are a handful of reasonably priced restaurants, unfortunately the outlook isn’t great as they are on the road. There are more restaurants along the beach but these are a good half hour walk away. The closest beach is a 10 minute easy stroll and is beautiful with clear, clean sea but there are no beach bars or shops there. We had trouble finding out the bus route into Denia so ended up getting a taxi there one day- this cost €18 each way. We discovered a great market on Sunday morning along Avenue Valencia which is the main road close to Lidl. Well worth a visit. Sylvia was a great host and was at the end of the phone for any problems (not that we had any). She was kind, helpful and couldn’t do enough. Thank you so much! Summary: The apartment was fantastic it was relay clean and well fitted out it was nice sat on the balcony over looking the pool The pool area is very clean and well maintained There is a local supermarket and good restaurants with in 5 mins walk The owner was very friendly and helpful I hope to go back again

Summary: The main reason we chose this apartment was the location - Close to the beach and we thought it would be quieter here than certain other parts of the coast. Which it was. Also, there is a great view of the pool from the balcony and although our boys are old enough to go themselves and are good swimmers, it is still nice to be able to watch them. The apartment has almost everything you might need and was clean and bright. The beach is less than ten minutes walk away and despite being the height of the season none of the local beaches got packed at all. A small-ish Aldi is a ten minute walk and a larger Consum is 10 minutes by car. Very happy to recommend to anyone wanting a quieter location to stay - indeed, we recommended the flat to the family downstairs who own theirs but were looking for somewhere to bring friends.
