Welcome to the Bay View Grand Residential, a beautiful private gated exclusive Resort!
Our 3rd floor condo on the North side is the most comfortable, well decorated condo in Ixtapa! 1,675 square feet, front door digital key pad entry lock (so you don't have to worry about keys).
2 bedrooms, 2 bathroom condo. King sized memory-foam pillow top Sealy mattress in master. Bathroom's have granite counter tops, large showers and both bathrooms have bidet toilet seats. Marble floors throughout , and a very comfortable large couch great for relaxing in after a long day at the pool/beach.
Fastest fiber optic in room Wi-Fi available. HD TV's with Apple TV, Netflix, etc... Tons of English cable channels including 14 HBO/Cinemax channels, 10 Fox Premium channels, ABC, NBC, CBS and an English Guide channel.
There is a 5 station smart phone/USB charger.
*NOTE we are on the NORTH side, that does NOT have the issues with the Barcelo hotel noise.
Fully equipped kitchen: Toaster, toaster oven, coffee maker, blender, gourmet pots and pans, baking dishes, serving bowls, microwave, garbage disposal, full-sized stainless steel refrigerator with lots of Ice cube trays.
A wine refrigerator stocked with wide variety of wines. A variety of wine glasses and wine bottle opener.
Across the street from the Bay View Grand are grocery stores, dozens of restaurants, shopping and golf.
We have the best 24 hour security in the area. No one is allowed on the property without proper documentation, and our team is tireless in creating a wonderful safe oasis.
The Bay View Grand has an onsite Concierge that can arrange taxi's, restaurant reservations tours and more.
In the building we also have a Men's and Women's spa areas equipped with wet & dry saunas, hot tubs and onsite Masseurs.
Out on the beach you can get a wonderful relaxing massage for less than $20.00 USD within walking distance from the BVG.
Our Condo is not a typical "rental unit" it is our home for a good portion of the year. You normally will find necessary condo items such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, fabric softener, dish soap, hand soap, and shampoo in the unit. A well equipped Kitchen that includes spices, and some condiments/basics.

Summary: Our stay was terrific. The condo was beautiful, very comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. Very family friendly (we have 3 little kids) and enough room to spread out. Location in BVG is awesome and the morning and sunset views are amazing! Amenities at BVG at the best - beautiful pools, clean beach, great service. We will be back!

Summary: We had a great time in Ixtapa in this condo. The owners, Kate and Jordan, were great to work with from start to finish. And during our stay they contacted us to ensure things were going smoothly. The place had everything we needed, and what a great view to wake up to every morning and to see the amazing sunsets every night. We would stay here again and look forward to a return visit.

Summary: We have stayed at BVG several times before and always thought our condos were great. This one was the best. The owners, Kate and Jordan, were so easy to work with. Bay View Grand and Ixtapa are such a great place to vacation. You just can't beat the weather.

Summary: The unit had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Great view of the ocean and super convenient location in the center of Ixtapa. The owner was very attentive and helpful with information and advice. The only minor disappointment was the electric grill. It is not powerful to cook meats.

Summary: This condo is absolutely a one-of-a-kind condo. It was warm and welcoming and definitely a home away from home. The front desk when we arrived was ready for us and very accommodating, we have any questions we had no problems contacting anyone for help. The owners are an absolute delight and very accommodating. This condo has everything that you could possibly need and then some. It is very hard to replace our home that we have in Washington but this home could be the next home to live in and was absolutely amazing. We will definitely be back
