Summary: We were a party of 4 adults the location was quiet very picturesque but only a keepfit walk into the Old Town the apartment was modern withe all the amenities for a super self cater all furnishings were bright clean and spotless there were three superb terraces to follow the sun around withe splendid views of the sea and beach .The owner Sabine answered all our queries and I would not hesitate to recommend the apartment to our friends .One last note we had to cut short our stay due to the pandemic but that was out of everybody’s control many thanks to you Sabine regards James

Summary: We stayed at this villa from the 15th to the 19th June. We were not aware that it villa had been renovated so it was a pleasant surprise on arrival. The villa is immaculate (the renovation was only just finished); it’s neutral which creates a nice relaxing environment. The kitchen has with all the mod cons you’d expect. Plenty of living space indoors and out to relax the hours away and if you like the beach it’s 2 seconds away and you can hire sun beds for a few Euros, the beaches were really well looked after and clean. As this villa is a few miles from the centre of Benidorm, either the local bus or a short taxi will have you there in minutes. The local contact that we met on arrival/leaving was really nice and helpful and the owner provided all the necessary general information so we had no issues at all. Pictures don't really do the villa justice. Would definitely recommend this villa to friends and families.

Summary: Very well equiped with good quality cutelery, crockery, glasses, bedding and towels. Stunning views from terraces and so close to the beach. Great location close to bars and restaurants. Ours only disapointment was the second bedroom which was really only a partition off from the hall way with sliding doors, my elderly parents offered to take this room which meant that to walk around the bed to the on suit you had to leave the sliding partition open to the hall way,this worked for us as we are a close family but could be a problem for 2 unrelated couples.

Summary: We had a really fantastic stay, cannot wait to come back!!! You can be quiet or busy, local bars near by, taxis and transport easy to navigate. Property was very clean on arrival, with somebody being there to welcome us to the villa. The owner was very approachable, this really is a home from home and would recommend a visit!!

Summary: We had never visited this area La Cala and we were very surprised about the calm area with beautiful beach and good restaurants and amenities only a few minutes walk. The house is nice and very well equipped with all we needed for our stay. We will surely come back, hopefully next spring!

Summary: A really great choice if you are looking for a nice place with beautiful view at 15 min walking distance from city centre. The apartamet is spacious, very well equipped and clean. 2 different living areas so children can also relax. We really enjoyed the great barbacue terrace with a chill out área with bar and views over the beach and sea. We arrived late after a long drive with children but check in person was very kind and helpful also during our stay.

Summary: The beautiful apartment is located just a few steps from the sea! The equipment level of the apartment was extremely high, nothing was missing. Everything was very clean and tidy, just like in a first class hotel, we spent all our evenings at one of the two lovely terraces overlooking the sea! The owners were very accommodating and responded very quickly to our questions before and during our stay, and as an example, we arrived at two o'clock at night, and they had arranged with their staff that came in the middle of the night and opened for us, that is what I call first class customer service! We can in good conscience recommend this wonderful place to anyone who wants to enjoy Benidorm in the best way! ***** 5 stars! /Ericsson family with friends
