Positive: The apartment area seems pretty new and in good condition. It was pretty quiet and not crowded. The apartment had a very nice terrace and view.
Negative: The kitchen shelves were little worn and did not align. The love seat is worn out. Also, no iron or iron board available. The lack of a small dresser in the two bed bedroom. The biggest issue was not having a key for the gate toward the beach or walking gate at the entrance. This would be a hassle, since I was told to call the gate guard to exit and enter, when needed. I can't imagine a family with kids going thru that type of hassle. At the same time, it provided me with an idea to ensure my next rental of this type of property has those keys available to the person renting the place. Also, a small icebox and at least two beach chairs go a long way for guests.

Positive: Very nice looking, secured, clean and we had iguanas sunbathing on the top of the trees across from us. It was awesome. This 3rd floor apartment was very spatious and well equipped. A/C was working very well, kitchen was well equipped. We did not use it but even had a washer and dryer which was a big bonus!
Negative: Nothing major, but a tiny bit of surprise that the security guy did not speak English at all so communication was tough, but luckily we found a translator. And Michael was also very responsive and helpful. The only other minor surprise was that no body wash or soap was there, which was fine, just did not expect that so needed to do another shopping trip, but the grocery store was very close!
Summary: Perfect stay in Puerto Rico and would always come back here!

Positive: The pool was clean, the landscape very well maintained and exterior aesthetic of apartments was very updated. There were pool toys for the kids. The host were very attentive to solve issues during check in, easy to communicate and prompt to respond. The beach is not very safe to swim but truly walking distance. There’s a small store close by where we were able to buy supplies. I was able to work on the desk which was very convenient.
Negative: Cleaning was an issue, we discussed this with the host. The apartment had the bare minimum in terms of supplies, we had to buy our own toilet paper for example, among other basic items that we had come to expect in rentals. The décor could be improved to reflect how cute the apartment is. The roof is leaking, pumbling needed fixing, some lamps are not connected to a plug/extension so can’t use them, the bathroom vents are very loud and can’t be turned off without turning off the lights.
Summary: Location is great, apartment could be better stocked with basics

Positive: Our apartment was beautiful and comfortable. having access to 2 pools and the beach was great! The grounds were very well kept! The apartment itself was beautifully decorated and extremely clean! The security guard was a big help in directing us to places to eat and visit. We had a fantastic visit! If and when we return to Puerto Rico I would like to stay here again.
Negative: We only had one issue that was immediately resolved. The elevator was out when we arrived. When management was notified it was repaired immediately. Thank you management!! We were on the third floor! Our parking spotting was further away, but we adapted and unloaded right behind security, parked then proceeded to the elevator. Worked for us!
