3 Bedroom House in Cascade

A really great house with absolutely everything in a modern home. Fishing in the side channel just downstream from the house is epic at times, and very wadeable at 4K - 6K CFS. The house is only 1/4 mile down from the Prewwet Creek Boat Ramp, on the same gravel road. No wheels on the pavement equals a relaxing trip! I recommend lashing the boat up on the bank in front of the house at the end of the day and doing the 4 mile float to Pelican Point in the AM. Good things are very possible down there. Come home to a cocktail, dinner, shower, and relax. Then Repeat.
The property is fully fenced and dog-friendly. Owners request that you pick up after your dogs, however.

Summary: Lovely place . We’ve been coming to Cascade for years to fish so this was our second stay there , it’s allot better than camping :) We were hardly there except to sleep & have breakfast but we enjoyed it when we were there. Loved hearing coyotes & owls at night . Throughly enjoyed the family of muskrats in the river behind the house & the wild rabbits that were in the yard every morning and night. Cascade River grill down the road has the best cheeseburgers!

Summary: Beautiful property that is comfortable and clean. Every bedroom has an air conditioner which made sleeping very comfortable. There is no longer a playground, but communication with Ryan on this was smooth and easy. He responds to all questions very quickly.

Summary: Really nice and clean home for the 5 of us to spend the weekend. beautiful views of the river. Power outage due to storm and the property owner was very personable and responsive. He drove over and took out the trash, brought some extra necessities and was a great host. Would love to stay here again!

Summary: We enjoyed the location of the house. It was clean and comfortable. The beds and linens were very nice and the mattresses were comfortable. There were deer by the road at night and sweet bunnies in the yard. We would stay again.
