Summary: Good stay, house was as advertised. Great value on the lake and very close to Cooperstown. Owner very responsive. Excited to come back!No yard to speak of, so road and lake are very close to the house (keep an eye on small kids).

Summary: We enjoyed our say here while our son was playing at All Star Village. The views of each level of the house was nice and we got to spend some time using the kayaks. It was a great choice to stay here!

Summary: Our family really enjoyed this house on our trip to Cooperstown. The view was amazing, we enjoyed the deck space very much. We used the grill, that was great to have. There isn’t a lot of yard space but the deck space was all my family needed. We enjoyed using dock and the kayaks and the paddle board. The host communicated with me and answered my questions which I appreciate! The house has a large couch with was nice for my large family. I would stay here again in the future.

Summary: Great location, as shown, every bedroom with a patio and view of the lake, Kayacks for puttering around lake, Cooperstown nearby, favorite restaurant: Blue Mingo. Great time to be there (Just after Labor day. One Note for pet owners, There is no real place to walk a dog so needs to be transported off property to relieve themselves
