3 Bedroom Cabin in Warren, Richfield Springs

Snowmobilers welcome. Nestled on a quiet country road, surrounded by rolling hills and lush farm land, this clean and comfortable, newly redecorated cabin is just minutes away from the beautiful and historic Village of Cooperstown and many of the popular area destinations. A short, picturesque drive will lead you to the Fenimore Art Museum, Glimmerglass Opera, the Farmer’s Museum, the National Baseball Hall of Fame, Glimmerglass State Park, the Otesaga Resort, and SO much more...
Or just stay in...relax and take in the peacefulness of the country on the covered front porch, in the hot tub, or around the fire pit in a comfortable Adirondack style chair. In the back, there is an outdoor patio set with umbrella and 4 chairs, a small table and 2 side chairs, a gas grill and an outdoor heater (guest provides propane) for your use. There is seating for two by the little fountain pond. Cushions and chair covers are provided in the deck box. The back yard is perfect for some friendly game competition, so bring your Giant Jenga, Croquet or Can Jam. We've got a set of corn hole boards on site.
In the winter, snowmobilers will love the easy access to the NYS snowmobile trails from The Lazy Squirrel Property.
This cabin is a year round rental and has cell service, Wi-Fi and Satellite TV and can comfortably accommodate up10 people.
On the 1st Floor:
The kitchen contains a full size oven/ gas stove, full size double door refrigerator with pull out freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, a “coffee station” and seating at the island for 4 people. The open kitchen/dining room contains a large dining room table that seats 6 (4 chairs and a bench).
The kitchen and dining area open up to the main living room which contains a sofa, loveseat and easy chair, all of which recline.
The laundry room has a washer and dryer, folding table, an ironing board and iron for your convenience.
There is a full bathroom on the 1st floor, with walk-in shower and two shower heads and a freestanding bathtub, as well.
Bedroom #1 has a Queen size bed, closet, dresser and Smart TV; Bedroom #2 has a Queen size bed, closet, dresser and full-length mirror.
On the 2nd Floor:
Bedroom #3 is a large room, closed off from the loft area behind a sliding barn door. On one side of this bedroom, there are two queen size beds, a closet, dresser and swivel Smart TV. On the other side of the room, there are two single beds, 2 side tables, a dresser and a swivel Smart TV. Bedroom #3 has an attached bathroom and jacuzzi tub.
The loft has its own living/family room and there's also an office area in the loft, with a desk, chair and a printer.

Summary: We were in the area for a family wedding and this rental worked perfectly. It really was a home away from home, full kitchen, laundry area. The 2nd floor had a seperate living area, full bath and sleeping area for my son’s family with 2 small children. Had I stayed longer I may have enjoyed the outdoor hot tub.

Summary: This cabin was amazing! Everything about it was perfect! Having 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom on the first floor was very convenient for us because my sister has trouble with stairs. And it was a huge bathroom, with a large walk-in shower with 2 shower heads, and a big soaking tub. The furniture in the living room was power reclining and very comfortable. The dining room table was very large, as was the island in the kitchen. The upstairs bedroom was a massive room with 4 beds and 2 TVs. And the upstairs bathroom had a huge jetted tub with a handheld shower. There was also a living room and a small office area upstairs as well. Plus, there was a hot tub outside on the patio, but we didn't use it - soaking in the tubs was good enough for us. The cabin itself was set back very far from the road, which was a quiet country road at that. We had an absolutely wonderful time and will definitely stay here again when we're in the area.

Summary: We really lucked out with this one. This property was laid out perfectly for 2 families, one couple and their daughter took the downstairs two bedrooms and we took the upstairs with our daughter. We each had our own space. The home was super clean and well stocked. We were worried about the distance to Cooperstown but coming from Las Vegas, we really looked forward to the ride to the fields everyday and the change of scenery. Several of our friends had bad experiences with their houses but ours was just perfect!! I would pick this house again if we come back!

Summary: We were in Cooperstown for a baseball tournament and very much enjoyed our stay at the cabin. Everything was really clean, well appointed and comfortable, especially the beds, which were heavenly. The open spaces on the main floor and in the top loft are inviting and great for spending time together as a family. Washer/dryer is available and in great working condition as is everything in the kitchen. We were especially grateful for good coffee that was easy to make first thing in the morning. The backyard is beautiful with lovely landscaping and a working, clean hot tub. There is an open basement with two entrance points inside the home that is not accessible to guests. The location is about a 25-30 minute drive from Dreams Park. Not too far and very scenic there and back, even at night time (the stars were gorgeous!). The only issue is once you leave the cabin it doesn't make a lot of sense to keep going back and forth, so that factored into our daily planning. We had good meals at Bocca, Upstate and loved the ice cream at Cooper's Barn. Grateful to Ashley for a really comfortable stay at the cabin. Highly recommend this spot for a stay in Cooperstown.

Summary: Ashley has thought of it all! Exquisitely decorated, private country setting and tons of special touches throughout the house. We stayed while my son was at Cooperstown Dreams Park for the week. It was about a 25 minute drive between house and park but the drive is beautiful. Look forward to staying again in the future!
