4 Bedroom Villa in Can Furnet

Casa Julia is set in the most wonderful mature garden in the Can Furnet community just outside Ibiza town. Can Furnet has 24 hour security at the entrance, and residents also benefit from the use of the community tennis courts.
The house;
250sqm and with AC throughout, 3 double bedrooms and a single room with a cot for an infant off the master suite. The master bedroom has a large 'four poster'bed and en-suite, TV, fitted wardrobes and glass patio doors that open onto the veranda, gardens and pool area. The second bedroom has a large double bed, private bathroom, fitted wardrobes, and also glass patio doors onto the veranda. The third bedroom has a double bed and large en-suite wet room. The fourth room has additional wardrobe space as well as a babies cot suitable for a small child. All bed linen and towels are provided.
The lounge, with open plan kitchen, has large floor to ceiling windows that allow views of the garden and pool area. the lounge has a feature fireplace and large corner sofa. There is a HD TV, apple TV box, DVD player and a Bose stereo sound system. There is also super fast fibre optic internet so streaming is quick.
The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, grill, hob, extractor, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, Espresso machine, toaster and all utensils.
Outside on the ivy covered veranda there is dining for six (with baby chair if required) and a comfortable 'chill out' seating looking out over the garden and pool.
The garden is well established with many wonderful mature plants, and fruiting trees - orange, lemon, banana, and fig trees grown in the gardens along with a beautiful flowering cactus. During the summer we get the sun all day by the pool, but also have lovely shaded areas in the gardens. There are 6 new sun loungers and a parasol. If you are traveling with children we also have a child fence (as seen in one of the photos) which can be erected on request for a small additional sum.

Summary: We stayed at Sophie’s house for 3 weeks in March. It was such a magical spot for us. The home is set on a huge lot with an old, established garden full of cool cactuses, lemon trees, palm trees, rosemary, and other tropical greenery. Every window has views of the lush, green landscape. The pool area is fantastic, especially for kids. The house itself is beautiful - all on one level and opening out to the lush gardens. Sophie and her house manager answered all of our questions quickly and the housekeeper does a superb job and is a lovely person! We loved this location between Ibiza town and Santa Eulàlia. We really loved the local village, Jesus, which is a 5 minute drive. It has everything you need. We would stay here again anytime! Such a special experience. We didn’t want to leave!

Summary: Beautiful villa/home, very comfy beds and everything you need in a villa. Great setting. Mosquitos a problem, but that might be the case over the whole island this year. The villa is quite shaded morning and evening. However a lovely house.

Summary: Bc of COVID it took us almost 3 years to make it but Sophie and Henry were incredibly accommodating. Since we are from the US there was a lot of restrictions in place but they were amazing jabs patient with us. The villa is as advertised, great location, super central to everything. Rooms are comfortable, and we were a family of 4. Love the neighborhood and the town of Jesus has lots of great markets and restaurants. We will be back!

Summary: We had a great stay in the amazing home and gardens at villa Julia. The property was spotless and the owners and property management rep (Dania) were a joy to engage with. They responded quickly to all questions and were flexible with times to allow us to drop off luggage before check in time. Conscious of an iffy week of weather they also allowed us to check out late on the final day. This sort of cooperation makes such a difference to the holiday experience and I would highly recommend this property.

Summary: Communication with the owner was excellent. They kindly arranged to have the pool safety fence put up before our arrival. Pool is a good size, set in pretty gardens with fruit trees (not sure what the apricot looking fruits were but they were delicious). Dania checked us in and out and was lovely, spoke great English. This property may have the best bathroom showers ever, with plenty of hot water for 6 people showering one after the other. Comfy and homey feel. Would highly recommend

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Julia. A very colourful, comfortable property with well kept gardens and a great pool. Perfect for dining together in the evenings on the patio area and then relaxing on the corner sofas. Can Furnet is a quiet, secure location, complete with access to tennis courts and a club bar and restaurant. Jesus is just 2-3 mins away and has local stores, restaurants/cafes and a good fitness centre (although a little pricey). Our housekeeper, Dania was great and helped us along with some local tips and tricks. A great stay. We will book again in the future.

Summary: As already said in previous comments, this villa is absolutely beautiful,nothing is missed. Both Sophie and Dania have been helpful and always attentive to answer our questions and requests. I strongly suggest this villa to families with children as is very easy to leave, has great spaces inside and outside (trampoline and other stuff for kids) and the swimming pool is safely protected ( so you don’t need to run behind them all the time). I strongly recommend it!

Summary: It’s always a worry when booking anything online. But Sophie was such a reassuring host and put all my worries to rest, answering any questions I had for her and was extremely helpful in making sure our stay was just right. We were blown away but the villa and it’s grounds. With three young children having a villa all on one floor makes things a lot easier. Our boys were made up to find such large well kept gardens to play in and the added surprise of a trampoline to jump on! The pool was lush and a lot bigger than what we first thought from the photos. The villa and pool is tucked away and surrounded by beautiful canopy of trees and plants and it’s a little sun trap with sun all day. The villa bedrooms were all air conditioned with huge beds that were extremely comfortable and the bathrooms were very stylish! (Master ensuite shower was so powerful it was amazing!) We’ve never stayed this side of the island before and we will for sure again. The location is perfect for getting anyway on the island. The village 2 minutes down from Can Furnet, Jesus has everything you would need. Gorgeous supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacy, coffee shops, gym, bank etc and all on your doorstop. I would highly recommend a meal at Kodo in Jesus & if you don’t want to eat in they deliver to your door! Thank you Sophie for lending us your beautiful villa it was just what we needed, our only regret was we didn’t book for longer!
