Summary: The condo was in a great location! It was conveniently located near a big grocery store in a little shopping plaza. Great restaurants were also nearby, though Brigantine is only 7 miles long, so everything is pretty nearby:) It's also right on the beach as stated in the description. As an FYI, you do have to walk quite a distance through the sand dunes to reach the beach, which is not conducive to those with mobility issues. The beds and furniture were very comfortable, and there was plenty of seating for visitors. And, the outdoor balcony was large enough for a few people to sit out there and enjoy the weather. The unit was also well-stocked with everything you would need during your stay. My only suggestion would be that the cleaning service step up their game! There was a lot of dust on and under the furniture. Otherwise, this condo is the perfect home away from home!

Summary: I rented for two weeks. Having the pool was a nice option. The area was lovely. parking was a breeze. I will try to rent here again in the future.

Summary: We had a great stay. You need correct your description of how away the beach is. It’s not 250 years. More like half mile. Sliding door to patio is very hard to open and you may get stuck outside if you close the door all the way behind you. Master bathroom toilet ran and bathroom tub faucet dripped constantly.

Summary: The condo was nice and clean and had everything we needed. While the resort can be considered oceanfront, that is a bit misleading. There was quite a distance from the resort to the ocean and therefore, there was no ocean view or sense of being 'on the beach'. If you stay, please note that there is beach access but you will be walking quite some distance to get to the ocean. Too far to carry much beach equipment. So I would suggest having a cart to take your things to the beach.

Summary: We had a wonderful time, with only one exception - the beach is much farther than the posting makes you think. It says beach access 200 feet - yes, but then you gotta trek another half a mile to the water. It was hard for my 75-year-old husband. And “oceanfront” is not exactly correct, it’s too far a distance to the ocean. The beach itself is fairly quiet and not crowded, lifeguards’ station was right there. Other than the distance, it was a perfect vacation . We really enjoyed our stay. Space, amenities, parking - all beyond expectations. Fully - and I mean it - equipped amazing kitchen, 6-seat dining table, balcony, large smart TV - we AirPlayed a movie and soccer league championship game. I didn’t see cable programming , streaming only. Do remember to sign out. Trash disposal chute on every floor, recyclables outside. Large washer/ dryer, we used it every day. Nice pool area with a lifeguard and bathrooms. Covered parking, elevator, luggage carts. Not a party town, but we weren’t looking to party, just have a nice relaxing vacation. They do have a pretty well stocked liquor/ wine/ beer store a few miles away. It has everything else though. Close to AC for shows/ concerts/ restaurants, but much better accommodations and surroundings . Side note - master bathroom doesn’t have a door. Wasn’t a deal breaker for us, but still… some privacy in toilet area would have been nice.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay. Tony was very helpful and responded fast with communication and to answer our questions. The walk to the beach is very long, but I was prepared from a previous reviewer. If you have small kids definitely bring a beach wagon. The condo was clean and comfortable. The bedrooms are a nice size with comfortable beds and it was great to have so much seating in the living room. We really enjoyed our time there.
