Spend every day of your vacation on the beautiful crystal clear waters of the Bahamas!
Your vacation will start when you arrive at the airport and are greeted by our friendly island host who will help get you to our island home and make sure you are situated with everything you need for a fabulous vacation.
You will arrive at our gated private compound and see that it is truly a tropical paradise with several fruit trees bearing fruit. From the front entry porch you will emerge into a beautiful foyer area leading into the family room. The sunlit living room, dining room and master bedroom look onto the covered porch, pool, garden and canal.
Elegantly designed, this home boasts tiled floors with beautiful rugs an open dining room and a casual island dining bar. The spacious master suite overlooks the canal, with a walk in closet and gorgeous spa-like bathroom. There is a sunroom off of the Master with a smart flat screen T.V. and a sleeper sofa. Two additional luxurious guest bedrooms share a beautiful guest bathroom. There is a wall mounted smart flat screen TV with in the 'kids' bedroom.
The kitchen featuring beautiful granite counter tops, state of the art appliances and a breakfast bar ideal for casual dining is a cook's dream.
Have your morning coffee on the covered porch overlooking the gardens, pool and canal. In the evening you can enjoy outdoor dining while you cook your fresh caught fish on the grill!! We are just around the corner from the warm Atlantic or simply walk the white sand beaches.
Great additional features like a two car garage and boat dock make this an ideal island home. The dock has 50 amp service allowing for larger boats to hook up to shore power. The useable dock from the boat lift to the west end is about 60 feet and the water depth of 9' to 16' will also accommodate larger boats or motor yachts.
For fun head to Port Lucaya less than five minutes away for island shopping, a variety of dining, or a 'must have' awesome Pina Colada in a fresh carved coconut at the local bar 'Rum Runners'.

Summary: What a great find. This house was everything my family of 5 needed and more. Way more room than we expected. Didn’t realize there was a sofa bed in the very large master. Plenty of room for two families. Ryan met us at the rental car place and got us all settled in. He was great. Everything was very clean and well kept. Loved the pool. Was in it all day and the went night swimming with all the lights off to see shooting stars. Saw 6! We loved snorkeling in the cove. Saw sea turtles and tarpons. The boat was perfect for zipping out the short inlet and spearing dinner. Caught so much fish we only ate out once. Beautiful little beach next to inlet. Got to enjoy the Thursday night summer parade. But my personal favorite was sitting next to the bay window over looking the water reading and sipping my coffee. Can’t wait to return.

Summary: We had a great week with my wife and our 12 year old son. Thank you so much for all of the hospitality. The house was fantastic and we enjoyed each day. All of the restaurants that were recommended were excellent & we all agreed that the best one is right there in the neighborhood, Dolphin Cove. We were really impressed by the food on the island. The boat ran great and we had no issues getting around the island.

Summary: This was a fantastic stay; great location, super quiet area, house is clean and comfortable, the boat is a wonderful addition and kayaking the canals was beautiful. Grand Bahama is a lovely, friendly island. I've visited a few times now and have always felt safe and welcomed. If you enjoy gorgeous, near empty beaches, caves, kayaking and friendly locals, this place is for you.

Summary: The property was like a home from home for us, we enjoy vacations that let us see the sights at our own pace and this was just what we were looking for We enjoyed using the boat and had some lovely days sailing round to the local beaches Bruce and ryan were both helpful and accommodating It is a very peaceful and quiet neighbourhood but still close enough to bars restaurants etc by car We noted everything seemed to be 6 mins away lol Thank you Bruce for being so helpful and speaking with me personally with some questions i had before our trip I would recommend this villa 100 percent

Summary: Do not look any further! THIS IS THE PLACE ! we absolutely fell in love with Port Lucaya and the freeport area! The house was incredible! Clean, comfortable and an incredible location! We took full advantage of the boat and got some amazing time snorkeling and exploring! Ryan is incredible and the communication was perfect! We will be back!!!

Summary: The property is tucked away at a quiet end of a lane 5 mins from Port Lucaya. Beautiful spot on the canal in a secluded area. Loved watching the fish jump as the sun came up and went down. Used the boat for fishing the waterways and going to spot the turtle who lives in the next canal. Explored with the kayaks too. Everything you need is there for self catering stay and the well stocked supermarket is 8 min drive. Ryan the manager was fantastic, really helpful and communicating with Bruce the owner was a pleasure.
