Our beautiful, canal front condo is close to the USA, but is a world away -- on the exotic Grand Bahama island! Caribbean sunshine and crystal-clear blue waters await you.
This three-bedroom/2.5-bath condo is secluded in a exclusive, small, gated community. It's situated on a deep-water canal with its own dock. The tennis/pickleball court and swimming pool just outside the door!
Our home away from home is a five-minute stroll to a beautiful, quiet beach close to a small restaurant/bar. Nearby are the golf courses, diving reefs, world-class sport fishing, and shopping that have made Grand Bahama famous!
This spacious, high-ceiling condo is fully appointed. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and en-suite marble bath with a two-person Jacuzzi®. The kitchen is updated with tasteful granite countertop cabinets to go with the full laundry facilities for the conveniences of home while vacationing. Our vacation home sleeps six persons very comfortably.
Relax on the patio while the birds lull you to sleep. The patio is also the perfect place to enjoy your favorite Caribbean drink while watching the sun go down over the water.
The included high speed wifi with unit wide vpn allows you to keep in touch with the world - if you must.
Our manager is available to answer questions, and address problems if they should happen to arise.
Enjoy playing tennis or pickleball, relax by the pool, or wander down to the beach to collect shells. For the boater or diver, you can tie up right outside the condo at our private dock (included in price) with dockside water and electricity (extra).

Summary: The property was perfect for our family. The view of water was calming for the adults and an opportunity for the children to jump in. The dock was a perfect place to sit while watching the sunset or the tropical fish that called it home. Everything worked as it should and the owners made sure we had everything we needed. If I ever find myself in Freeport, I know where I will be staying! Thank you Rosemary and Geoff for lending us your home.

Summary: The home was very nice and clean, just like the pictures. We came by boat and the dock worked out perfectly for us. There was water at the dock, but bring a hose (I always have 1 on board). The pool area was relaxing and very enjoyable after a day on the water. Lyn was our caretaker for the week and was a wonderful person to get to know. Thanks Geoff for sharing your slice of paradise with us!

Summary: This place is awesome!!! Perfect setup for bringing your own boat. Private dock with water and power. Canal sanded in a bit from storm but still has 5’ at low tide. Very clean and spacious accommodations. Awesome owners !!!

Summary: We had a great time at this house. The owners were so easy to deal with and the place was spacious and clean. Perfect for anyone who is doing work at Bradford’s marine - this is one of the closest properties to the port.

Summary: Geoff and Rosemary's condo is wonderful. It is very comfortable and convenient. It is so easy to drive around on the island. The people are the island's greatest asset. They are fantastic. There is so much to do and so little time to get it done. The semi-submarine was great. Captain Gilligan was the best. We also took the national parks tour with the kayaking for 90 minutes and the beach picnic and nature walk. Shamie was our guide and he was great. A very informed and patient individual. My family also enjoyed the water sports at Port Lucaya. The shopping at the Port's Marketplace is interesting. You need to visit the "Hat Lady". She is a real jewel and the hats are not bad either. The island is beautiful, the water is relaxing and the Ruben's are so gracious to make their condo available to others so that they may enjoy a little bit of paradise. This trip to Grand Bahama Island was a real blessing.

Summary: We had a wonderful week at the condo, it is actually four bedrooms and sleeps six quite easily. A very friendly setting, first morning the coffemaker malfunctioned and property manager had a fresh pot of coffee to us in fifteen and a new maker that afternoon. YOU NEED A CAR!!!!! There is a small beach within walking distance but every beach that you want to go to you will need to drive to. Rentals from BRAD"S was great and painless they are very accomadating. Xanadu Beach, Taino Beach and the beach at the national park were our favorites, as well as a trip to snorkel at paradise cove, there was food and drink available at all of the mentioned beaches except for Lucaya National Park at very reasonable prices. Groceries are very very expensive so you may want to pack some basics. A great condo to home base from, spacious, clean and all the people are soooo friendly.

Summary: We had a fabulous time. The 5 adults easily had enough room and the the view off the porch was fantastic. Must reiterate the tip to rent a car; it would have been very difficult without it. I would also recommend shopping at the Winn Dixie in Port Lucaya, not the one in Freeport, as it was better stocked and more organized.

Summary: We had a great time at Geoff and Rosemary's place in the Bahamas. Geoff was extremely helpful and the place was perfect. It was actually bigger than we thought and in great shape. We came by boat and the dock was very nice. I would definately rent this place again.
