Rent from individual to individual, in the heart of Haute Savoie, on the shores of Lake Annecy and 10 minutes from the old town of Annecy, this recent contemporary house has everything you need for a relaxing but sporty holiday in the fresh air mountains of Savoy. The regional park of Bauges is 10 minutes by car and many nautical activities possible: paddle, rowing, water skiing, canoeing, wake boarding and many other sports activities available in a perimeter very close to the house: cycling on cycle track, tennis, roller skates, trampoline, fishing, mountain walks in the regional park of Bauges, paragliding, canyniong or via ferrata.
The house is located 5 minutes by bike from all the shops you need on vacation (supermarket, bakery, butcher, regional cheese dairy, fruit and vegetable shop, ORGANIC store, restaurants and local market with regional products).
The house is equipped with a beautiful wooden terrace of 100m2, with a modern garden furniture, deckchairs, an outdoor solar shower and a barbecue. This facility allows you to live indoors / outdoors during your vacation enjoying a majestic view of the mountains of La Tournette and Dents de Lanfon. The Mongets district, where the house is located, is a very quiet, rural location but also close to all amenities (pharmacy, bookstore, bicycle rental, sports shop)

Summary: This is a well kept and well equipped house in a great location, handy for the lake, the cycle path and the local shops. We had a really enjoyable stay and were glad of the proximity to the lake, as the weather was very hot most of the week. The owners, Jean-Noel and Catherine were also lovely and very helpful.

Summary: We last stayed in 2020 and it’s just as we remembered. Location is perfect. Surrounded by mountains, the lake 3 minute walk away. Close to supermarket, bakery and good restaurants.

Summary: Had an amazing stay in this property. Everything you could possible need is there & the views are fantastic. The lake is a two minute walk away, a paddle board & snorkels are included for your use. The shops are a short bike ride away. I would advise booking bikes in advance if this is something you want as we didn't & the hire shop didn't have any left. One small thing, a fan for the second upstairs bedroom would have been good given the exceptional heat that we had. Would definitely recommend this house & we would love to visit again. Thanks.

Summary: Catherine and Jean Noel were great hosts. Great communication and welcoming on arrival to make sure we had everything we need. We stayed with our 1 year and 5 year old and it was great to be so close to the lake and bike paths for activities. Excellent location in Annecy.

Summary: Loved our stay at this glorious holiday chalet in such a great location so close to the lake. We came to Lake Annecy to paddle board & it was great that we could just walk to the lake with our boards straight from the chalet … loved that! The property was also in an idyllic spot with great views of the mountains. We are a family of 5 & the property had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. Loved the hot tub & lazy evening BBQs out on the deck. We definitely recommend this chalet & would love to return again in the future.

Summary: I cannot recommend the home enough. The views across the lake were stunning- snow capped mountains. The property is clean and very comfortable with modern appliances. The proximity to the bike path is a plus as well. Check in was very easy and the owner was extremely gracious and responsive. Bottom line: excellent all around.
