Relax and entertain in style in this immaculate home with 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, 4 HDTVs with multiple streaming services, free WiFi, air conditioning, gas log fireplace, washer/dryer, and much more.

Household Amenities:
Sun-filled, chalet-style floor plan with cathedral ceilings and loft play area. 1st floor rooms: 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom. 2nd floor rooms: living room with gas log fireplace, kitchen, dining (seats 8), half bath, bonus loft play area (accessed by stair ladder in living room), and slider door access to the deck. Basement rooms: open plan with bedroom and game area, bathroom with shower, washer/dryer closet.
Kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances, coffee pot, Keurig K45 (version 1.0), toaster, blender, dishware, cookware, etc.
Bedrooms (comfortably sleeps 10): 3 bedrooms on 1st floor—(1) king bed in master bedroom, (2) queen bedroom, and (3) bedroom with 2 twins. 1 full bathroom with bathtub/shower on 1st floor. Entry to basement is through the bedroom with 2 twins. Basement is an open floor plan with 2 queen beds and bathroom with shower (no tub).
Air conditioning with mini-splits on all three levels. On 1st level the mini split is located in the master bedroom. NOTE: Basement is well dehumidified.
WiFi and 4 HDTVs with complementary streaming (Netflix, YouTubeTV, HBO Max, AppleTV+, Disney+).

Summary: A great time was had by our three generations at our Christmas to New Year’s rental week 2024. While we have rented in North Conway each December, this was our first time in the same house for back-to-back years! We had ages from 2 to 64 in our 3 generations and everyone had a great time. The house was clean and well provisioned. We had plenty of room for our 3 couples and 3 children under age 6. The beds were comfy and we especially loved the gas fireplace for heat and ambiance. Last year we hiked Diana’s Bath, but we didn’t make it there this year. We did the Conway Railroad again this year, but our Snow Coach trip up Mount Washington was canceled due to the rain/lack of snow. We visited Tuckerman’s Brewery, Abenaki Trail restaurant, and Mount Mountain Restaurant & Brewery. We used the grill to bbq one day and enjoyed some nice meals in the dining room. The playroom up in the loft was very popular with the kids and we used the youtube tv app to watch some tv as well. I can imagine this is a great rental in the summer, too as the huge fenced in backyard would be fun for the kids. There are so many fun hikes and summer places, like Storyland that are so close. Thank you for a wonderful week of family fun. Ben was very easy to communication with before/during and after. We will be back!

Summary: Beautiful house. Clean and spacious. Great yard. Has everything you need! We had trouble with the AC not working in the bedrooms. Ben and I tried to trouble shoot it to no avail. He said they had just been serviced. We did not sleep well because it was really hot in the house. We found one fan, but wished there was one for every bedroom. Overall I would recommend this home for a rental for a large party.

Summary: This is a wonderful house, absolutely perfect for all of our vacation needs. House was clean, AC worked great and the layout is perfect for families. We enjoyed cooking out on the deck and hanging out in the backyard. The kitchen had everything you would need and all the appliances were excellent. The location is close to everything that we enjoy doing in the Mt. Washington Valley. Ben was easy to get a hold of with any questions and was extremely helpful. We hope to return to this house in the future for sure!

Summary: We recently stayed at this lovely family house in the Birch Lane Neighborhood of North Conway, NH, and it was the perfect home base for our vacation. The house is spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen had all the essentials for cooking meals, and we enjoyed having family dinners around the large indoor and outdoor dining tables. The living room was spacious with plenty of seating. The kids loved the play loft toy and game room, which kept them entertained for hours. The bedrooms were comfortable, and we appreciated the quality linens. The yard is huge with more than enough room for the kids to play and the swing set was an added bonus. The location is fantastic! We were a close drive to downtown North Conway, where we found great shops and restaurants. It was also an even shorter drive to many outdoor activities, including hiking trails and Ski resort summer activities. We particularly enjoyed our trips to Echo Lake and Diana's Baths, both just a few minutes away. Ben was very responsive and provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out. We felt very welcome and well taken care of throughout our stay. We highly recommend this property for families looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in North Conway. We can't wait to come back!

Summary: second year in a row we stayed at benjamin's property and we'll be back again next year. we had three 3 year olds with us and it was so much easier packing knowing we didn't need to bring much for the kids because there is a full playroom, kids plates and cups in the kitchen, a swingset in the fenced in back yard, and so much more. We love how the bedrooms are all on a different floor so we can put the kids to bed and now have to worry about waking them when the adults stay up. And the location is perfect! so close to the center of north conway and 15 minutes from storyland!
