Summary: Internally needs quite a bit of attention to get it up to a good rental standard, décor half finished. Cleanliness and organisation needs to be looked at. Lots of clutter and drawers full of mixed up items. There are some health and safety issues. Eg. food found in microwave, nails and Stanley knife blade found outside on floor, rebar sticking up protruding through step to pond, paracetamol found on sofa, stale biscuits in bedroom drawer. Wardrobes would be a plus. The owners need to remove their personal effects. Owners were very kind and helpful. Provided above ground pool and new games for children. Overall still good holiday and good value for money.
