We purchased our dream condo and have completely remodeled it. We are excited to share it with you and your family. When you drive up to the gate at Bonita Bay you'll be mesmerized by meticulously landscaped grounds. There are more than 2,400 acres nature preserves, numerous lakes, tropical landscaping, recreational paths and three waterfront parks. Our first-floor unit has been freshly updated with new quartz countertops, stainless appliances, new TVs, new bathrooms, new doors, trim, beds, paint, Robb & Stucky Leather sectional, ceiling fans, bedding, towels, pillows, rugs and kitchen furnishings. It’s been power cleaned from top to bottom and is ready for your enjoyment. Enjoy an open floor plan with a dining/living room combo that looks out onto the screened porch surrounded by lush landscape and the golf course in the distance. Three flat screen TVs with cable and high-speed internet. Master bedroom has a new Molecule King size bed with all new bedding and pillows, ceiling fan, full bath, mounted flat screen and lanai access; the second bedroom has twin beds; new bedding with 3" memory foam toppers, ceiling fan, and a flat screen tv. Its bathroom is steps outside the doorway and can be closed for a private ensuite. The living room has a Robb & Stucky comfortable leather sectional and a reclining leather chair for relaxing. Our unit is just steps from the heated pool, hot tub, and tennis courts within Wild Pines. Bonita Bay is located an easy 25 min drive from RSW airport or about 55 minutes to Punta Gorda Airport. We are about 4 miles from Bonita Beach and Barefoot Beach.
Bonita Bay offers 24 hour security and is a certified 2400-acre Audubon sanctuary with 12 miles of paved pathways for walking, biking, and jogging. Three parks within the community offer tennis, pickleball, basketball, bocce ball, playgrounds, picnic areas, butterfly garden, boardwalk to the back bay and complementary canoes & kayaks. There is also a marina and Backwater Jacks restaurant.
Within the condominium complex of Wild Pines, there is a pool and hot tub with its own screened-in pool house. The pool house is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, and tables for eating and/or socializing. Restrooms are conveniently located within the pool house. Private tennis courts are located right outside the pool area and there are adjacent gas grills for cooking. Bring your fishing pole and enjoy fishing in the Wild Pines pond. A swinging bench rests on its bank for relaxation and wildlife viewing as well.
This unit is also positioned to allow for a short walk to the Promenade at Bonita Bay Shops, which include a market, coffee/breakfast bistro and multiple restaurants.
