3 Bedroom Cottage in Howell

This 3 bedroom/2 bath cottage is perfect for your getaway! Gorgeous kitchen, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and offers all of your culinary needs. Vaulted ceiling in spacious living area. 1300 square feet. Dining room table for 6 and counter space & bar stools for 4. Lakefront offers small, private beach for kids, dock, plenty of toys, and life jackets of various sizes. Beds for 8, floor sleeping space for more. Master Bedroom has brand new queen size memory foam bed, ceiling fan, tv and dvd player, and master bath with gorgeous tile shower. Bedroom 2 has a queen-size bed, ceiling fan, tv & dvd player. Bedroom 3 has two twin memory foam loft beds (ideal for kids/small or young adults) and a full-size futon, tv & dvd player. Stackable full-size washer and dryer located just outside the master bedroom and kitchen. Spacious living room with plenty of seating, smart tv, dvd player, and wifi. Also offered: Air conditioning, patio seating & gas grill. There are some movies and games for rainy days plus dartboard, ping pong net to use on the table, croquet, ladder ball, bocce ball. Note -- pets are not allowed and this is not a handicap accessible residence. The area is perfect for getting away from it all, but still close of enough to do so many things. All linens (towels/bedding) are provided and starter set of toilet paper, paper towel, and a few garbage bags. Cleaning fee is $125. Kayaks/SUP available for rent, please inquire PRIOR to arrival if interested. Parking for 3-4 vehicles. Check-in is 4pm and Check-out is 11 am sharp, fees will be charged if not checked-out on time. Our cleaning crew needs time to clean between same day rentals. There is no smoking anywhere on the property at anytime please. Thank you for understanding. Also note: if you're interested in a boat rental for your stay, please let us know. A local marina offers rentals to many VRBO owners on our lake.

Summary: House is more equipped for 4 adults and 4 children. Bunk room is too high up with no wooden ladder only a stepping stools.We enjoyed are stay with some mild inconveniences no coffee mug, only small size cups.l seemed a little strange. There were 3 coffee mugs Bunkbeds are close to ceiling, difficult for adults. We had 7 adults and accommodations were difficult. Though the house is on a lake it’s beautiful but paying extra for the kyacks seems excessive and should have been included in price. One kyack seat was broken.The house was comfortable and clean. Needs a little updating

Summary: Cute home and nice location. Beach area and lake were perfect for us as little ones could easily swim in front and used our jet ski (easy drop location nearby) for fun lake activities. Overall a nice trip for us.

Summary: Lovely lakefront home, completely equipped with all you need to unwind, settle in and enjoy beautiful Lake Chemung. Very convenient to Howell, Brighton and Ann Arbor. Staci was great to work with and always responded to any concerns. Neighbors are friendly and neighborhood is lovely.

Summary: This house was perfect for our family. Large well stocked kitchen, plenty of space indoors for everyone and a lovely deck with tons of seating , too. The lake is beautiful and the dock, kayaks kept the kids busy. Patrking was nice when family visited. Shopping was close with manu options. We had a great time and would recommend to anyone.
