Positive: The heat in the rooms was hard to manage and keep consistent..I was colder than I like. Also the water temps were lukewarm..never really hot. The shower and tub temps were too cool for me and again..hard to regulate. Sorry I flipped the questions…good things below. Sorry

Negative: What I liked. The staff was warm and very helpful. Beds comfortable. I had a problem in my first room and ended up being upgraded to a jacuzzi room. Very thoughtful and accommodating. Rooms and hotel were nicely decorated.
