Gorgeous custom built country home on 4 acres. Perfect for large families, or groups looking for accomodations close to Dreams Park, and Cooperstown. Four bedroom, three level home has a variety of indoor and outside amenities. The lower level has two bedrooms, each with a queen bed, and flat screen television. A family room with sofa bed, flat screen television, blue ray dvd, Xbox, and family games. Off the family room is a patio, with table and chairs. There is a bathroom with a shower. You can relax at the end of the day in the sauna. The main floor features an open concept, with a deck. The deck has a dining set, and bbq grill providing great space for entertaining. The kitchen is fully stocked. The dining room has seating for eight. A breakast island provides additional seating for three people. The living room has a flat screen television and blue ray dvd player. The bedroom on the main floor features three sets of bunk beds. The main floor bathroom also has a shower. On the third floor you will find a spacious master bedroom with a california king bed. The en suite bathroom features double sinks, and whirlpool tub. An office is located upstairs. Outside the front yard is perfect for playing ball. A basketball hoop is located off the driveway. The back yard and the creek, will take you to the perfect place to relax. Summary: We had a wonderful time staying at this home in Cooperstown. It had ample room and beds for our party to comfortably sleep. Loved the loft and open feel of the house. Huge yard for kids to play. Some things I would change. There were not any window treatments so when the sun came up it got pretty bright very early. The refrigerator did leak a bit and the dresser in the bunk bed room fell apart. I would recommend this house but would want a few more finishing touches.

Summary: If visiting for CASV tournament, it is a great location. All the comforts of home, but close enough to the fields. Nice and spacious. All the amenities you need!

Summary: We enjoyed our stay and were very happy with this beautiful house. The only downside was that we could not call or receive incoming calls for our cell phones nor text at the house (unless both parties had iphones which allowed texting).

Summary: Beautiful home in a very peaceful area. Kitchen was stocked well and the deck was enjoyable for conversations. The bunk bed room is great for kids. Home is at a very reasonable distance to get to and from Dreams Park! Thx!

Summary: Great house and accommodations! Very clean and stocked with the essentials. Couldn't have asked for a better home to call ours for the week. Loved that we were just a little outside of Cooperstown with an amazing view of a buffalo herd almost daily plus other animals. The owners are amazing to work with. About a 12 min drive to Dreams Park (6 mi).

Summary: The home is spacious and very comfortable with a fully equipped kitchen. The views were beautiful! Our kids enjoyed playing in the backyard.

Summary: We stayed in this house with three families. The kitchen area and living room are very ample and open. the kitchen is well stocked with plenty of cooking and baking pots,pans measuring cups, appliances, crock pot, hand mixer etc.. We were very pleased with the space and three full bathrooms! The owners were very helpful and attentive to our needs. I would highly recommend the rental of this house! One family's son wanted to use the Xbox while we were in the house however, the unit was broken and the owners promptly went out and bought a brand new Xbox for the house. The large garage is also nice for kids to play in on rainy days. We also enjoyed having some of our team families over for a cook out. A lot of properties we looked at would not allow team parties. Thank you O'briens for a wonderful week!
