This is a over 200 years old half-timbered house, which hasretained the original ceiling height of 182 cm on the upper floor. The other 3 bedrooms on the upper floor have been renovated and there is a new roof and toilet built upstairs. The garden is partially fenced.

Summary: Na het raadplegen van de zoekmachine van uw organisatie hebben wij een locatie/ vakantiehuis geselecteerd. . Het gaat om een vakantiehuis accommodatie in Jindrichovice-Loucna in Tsjechië Helaas ben ik niet tevreden over de accommodatie, deze viel erg tegen omdat de realiteit compleet tegenovergesteld was aan Uw beschrijving dat op de site staat. Deze beschrijving strookt niet met de werkelijkheid en is misleidend!! . Bij aankomst werden we opgewacht door een Tsjechische vrouw, die geen andere taal sprak. We werden snel door het huis geloodst, om vervolgens de stand van de elektra en het gas op te nemen. (waarvan ik foto’s heb gemaakt) de borg te betalen. Daarna vertrok zij weer; . Op uw site staan volledig misleidende foto’s, welke gemaakt zijn met een groothoeklens. Hierdoor lijkt het heel ruim en licht. In werkelijkheid is het echter klein, donker en laag; . Volgens uw beschrijving was het huis erg schoon. Dit was echter het tegenovergestelde. Het was ronduit vies en smerig!!. De koelkast en vriezer waren zo smerig dat wij er niets in durfden te zetten voordat wij deze zeer grondig hadden schoongemaakt; Al het servies en kookgerei, de knoppen van het fornuis, de oven plakten en hebben wij grondig moeten schoonmaken alvorens in gebruik te kunnen nemen; . Er was voldoende servies voorhanden. Het was zelfs zoveel dat we niets in de kastjes konden zetten. Het was een allegaartje van verschillende serviezen. Wij alles wat we gebruikten afgewassen en ruimte gecreëerd in de kastjes; . De vaatwasser bleek kapot en werkte niet; . De afzuigkap was zo vet dat het onbegonnen werk was om deze schoon te maken; . De banken en de eettafels waren vies en plakten aan alle kanten. Ook deze moesten we schoonmaken; . De kasten in de slaapkamers waren ook vies en stoffig en zijn door ons schoongemaakt, voordat we hier onze kleding in durfden te leggen; . De lucht in het huis was muf en met name in de hal stonk het echt. Dagelijks moesten wij direct alle ramen openzetten om het te laten doorluchten; . Volgens uw beschrijving zouden er twee badkamers zijn. ( een van de redenen om dit huis ook te selecteren, omdat we met vier volwassenen waren). Eén badkamer was groot en modern. De andere ‘badkamer’ bleek een douche in een kast te zijn. Deze was zo klein dat een volwassene hierin niet kon douchen. Deze hebben we dan ook niet kunnen gebruiken; . Bij het boeken wisten we dat dit vakantiehuis niet nieuw was, echter er waren binnen zoveel hoogteverschillen dat twee van de vier gasten meerdere verwondingen aan hun hoofd hebben opgelopen. Als je kleiner dan 1.68 m was had je geen probleem!! Als dit op uw site had gestaan hadden we nooit overwogen dit huis te huren. (Betrokkenen zijn tussen 1.80 – 1.94 m lang); . Bij aankomst bleek dat er op een slaapkamer een volledige was stond te drogen. Er stond een dubbel rek met natte was; . Conform uw beschrijving op de website zouden we ons niet te hoeven vervelen omdat er een kast met gezelschapspelen voorhanden zou zijn. Bij het raadplegen van deze kast bleek dat het merendeel van de spelen kapot was, niet geordend en het was een complete chaos; . Het buitenmeubilair en speeltoestellen in de tuin waren aftands en sommige zodanig verrot dat ze niet konden worden gebruikt; . Voor iedere gast was en voor de twee weken slechts 1 grote en kleine badhanddoek beschikbaar; . Deze locatie hadden we onder meer gekozen omdat in uw beschrijving stond dat de tuin omheind zou zijn en dat we onze hond dus vrij konden laten buiten lopen. Dit was niet het geval en bij aankomst liep er direct een andere hond in de tuin. En moesten we onze eigen hond aanlijnen; . Op Dinsdag .. Augustus 2021 werden we geconfronteerd met het feit dat er geen elektriciteit en water was in het huis. We konden niet douchen, de toiletten door trekken en geen koffie en thee zetten. We hebben direct met de eigenaar contact opgenomen om te vragen wat de oorzaak zou kunnen zijn. Tot onze verrassing werd ons medegedeeld dat er onderhoud werd gepleegd. Hij was hiervan op tijd van op de hoogte, maar had ons verzuimd om dit te melden. Ruim vier uur hebben we geen water en elektra gehad. Tijdens het telefoongesprek hebben we tevens melding gemaakt van onze klachten en het tekort aan handdoeken. Hij gaf aan dat dit in Tsjechië gebruikelijk was, hetgeen niet strookt met onze andere vakanties in Tsjechië. Er was toen voldoende badlinnen voorhanden; . Tevens was hij verbaasd dat het huis zou smerig was en wilde direct de kosten voor het schoonmaken aan ons vergoeden. (60 Euro). Dit hebben wij geweigerd; . Ook hebben we hem te kennen gegeven dat de vaatwasmachine kapot was; .Hij gaf te kennen dat we de volgende dag meer badlinnen zouden krijgen en dit werd inderdaad door een contactpersoon gebracht. Daarnaast werden we verrast met een doos vaatwastabletten, voor een vaatwasmachine die kapot was. Etc, etc. BOEK NOOIT DIT HUIS!!!! en OOK NIET BIJ BELVILLA. EEN KLACHT MELDEN WORDT VOOR EEN KLANT VRIJWEL ONTMOGELIJK GEMAAKt

Summary: Aankomst, sleutel- en informatieoverdracht waren prima. Dat geldt ook voor eindafrekening. Het is een zeer ruim huis met een grote keuken en een heerlijke houtkachel in de woonkamer. De badkamer is goed. Het huis is zeer schoon opgeleverd. De slaapkamers zien er prima uit. De bedden zijn relatief nieuw en de matrassen aan de harde kant. Het huis staat op een ruim stuk grond en er is een vrij uitzicht over de velden. Het staat aan de rand van het dorpje. Wandelmogelijkheden zijn er volop. Skipistes zijn ongeveer 30-45 autominuten verwijderd. Wij kijken er met veel plezier op terug.

Summary: Großes, gepflegtes Außengelände. Gut ausgestattete Küche. Sauberer Sanitärbereich. 3 WCs im Haus verteilt war sehr super. Sehr ruhige Lage. Sehr wanderfreundlich. Spielplatz für Kinder war sehr gut. Gemütlicher Wohnraum mit Kamin. Rundum Wohlgefühl! TOP!

Summary: Wat een prachtig rustig gelegen woning. Er is veel ruimte en stilte. Hele aardige eigenaar en schoonmaakster. De eigenaar spreekt meerdere talen, de schoonmaakster alleen Tsjechisch. Vanuit het huis kun je makkelijk naar mooie plekken in de buurt. Een aanrader!
