Nestled on a one acre lot, and backed up to one of the last working farms in Northern Kentucky. Less than 10 minutes off interstate 71/75. The Creation Museum is only 11 miles away. The Ark is only 29 miles away. Newport aquarium is 16 miles away. The Cincinnati Zoo is only 20 Miles away.
Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this peaceful, centrally located home! BENGALS FANS/REDS FANS only 16 miles away from stadiums.
First floor:
Bedroom# 1: Giant master bedroom with king bed and lots of space, 55" inch smart tv and a baby crib.
Adjacent bathroom with shower.
Large dining room seating 10 people. Entertainment room with Arcade and table for board games. Living room has a 65" inch smart tv large comfortable leather couch and two swivel chairs
Open concept kitchen flowing into living room. At the back of the house an all seasons room has a beautiful country view. Attached porch with outdoor furniture and brand new five burner gas grill.
Second floor:
Bedroom #2: Master bedroom with king bed and attached bathroom with shower. 55" inch smart tv.
Bedroom #3: Queen bedroom with 55" inch smart tv.
Bedroom # 4: Bunk room with twin over queen beds. 55" inch smart tv.
Bathroom with tub/shower shared adjacent to bedroom #3 & #4.
Washer and dryer located in basement. Attached 2 car garage. Parking for 8 cars on driveway.

Summary: The home is very charming and very clean. My family of 6 had a great time with the Pac Man game, chess, basketball and air hockey table. We also played a lot of card games. The kitchen (I love kitchens) was perfectly stocked with pot & pans, utensils, and tools. I ended up only making breakfast most days, but still a delight to be in. We didn't spend a lot of time on the enclosed backyard porch, it was cold and we had a lot of activities to get to. We watched the Bengals (go team) beat the Broncos in Overtime!! Visited the Ark Encounter and the Creation Museum. We did some shopping in a couple of awesome malls. Tom was quick to answer my question. But the house was so perfect, I didn't have many!! Thank you!!

Summary: The house/property was just as described in the listing. The house was immaculate, and the property was beautiful. Upon arrival, I was a little concerned about traffic noise due to the house being located on a fairly busy road. However, my concerns were short lived once inside the house. Because it’s such a large lot, and the house sits a little ways back from the road, we didn’t hear any road noise at all (with the exception of one ambulance siren). Tom was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our entire experience, and even had a dozen delicious gourmet donuts waiting for us! Thank you for everything, Tom! We will definitely book again the next time we come to NKY!

Summary: Just as advertised. Clean, comfortable, great location. We enjoyed the Cincinnati Zoo, Ark, and Creation Museum with our family. We would stay here again!

Summary: We traveled with 7 family members ranging from 17-82 to see the ark and the creation museum. This house was a great place in between the two attractions. There is a big, beautiful yard for playing games or sitting and relaxing, and the house is comfy and has lots of space for a large group of people. Tom is a gracious host and easy to contact, if needed. We had a wonderful time!

Summary: Tom is a great host and the house was very clean! Everything worked perfect and he even had a box of donuts on the counter when we checked in! Would stay here again!

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Florence. Tom’s place was well maintained and VERY clean. Our group of 3 senior couples were very comfortable, each enjoying our own bedrooms and bathrooms. The large living area and large patio gave us several options to convene. If we ever go back to the Florence area we will no doubt stay here!

Summary: My family and I had a wonderful time staying at this home. We were in town for my brother’s engagement and all l have to say is WOW! Extremely clean and had all the space my family of six and I needed. We were in constant awe of the beauty here. Gorgeous home with a scenic backyard/front/back patio area. Loved that there was a big bedroom on the main floor for my dad who is quite immobile and cannot walk up and down too many stairs. We enjoyed the games and entertainment as well as the layout and ample seating in the home. Thank you for everything Tom! Truly appreciate it!

Summary: This is an nice, clean and big house at a perfect location. We mainly used the screened back porch, it has a serene farmland type view. The host is very helpfull.

Summary: This property is a dream come true and made us want to move there! We spent every evening on the screened-in back porch watching the horses and chickens on the property just north of us, as well as the bunnies and the squirrels in our very large and beautiful backyard. The house is large and accommodated 8 adults easily. It is centrally located and we were able to easily navigate to all the local attractions. The host was in constant communication with us and ready to meet any needs/issues we might experience with the property. I would stay here again without hesitation! Thank you!

Summary: We loved this place! The host was very responsive and ensured a great stay! We had a large group and this property provided a great layout with plenty of room for us to spread out! The adults and kids loved the arcade game and air hockey table. If we are ever back in that part of the world, we hope that this property will be available again!
