4 Bedroom Place in Novelty

Country home nestled back in the woods surrounded by natures sites and sounds. Horses, goats, cats and other small animals on site. Heated swimming pool, hot tub, and pond. Quiet and private setting. Close to Amish Country and the quaint little town of Chagrin Falls. Both are within 20 minutes driving distance. Plenty of unique shopping and amazing dining opportunities. Relax in the Tiki Bar and enjoy cocktails by the pool. In the evening, enjoy the hot tub surrounded by the sounds of nature. Enjoy the view of horses and goats roaming in the paddocks. Full kitchen with all the tools you need to cook an amazing meal or simply cook out on the gas grill. Sit around the fire pit for a cozy country bonfire at night. If you have horses and a trailer I can also accommodate up to 3 horses in my barn. Absolutely beautiful riding trails nearby. If it’s a little chilly and you feel the need for watching TV by the fireplace inside, it makes for a cozy evening. Feel free to explore the woods and go for a hike. Plenty do do and see all wrapped up in this country home. (🐯 My kitty, Itty Bitty, comes and goes as she pleases. Sometimes she enters the house. If this is a problem or if you have allergies please let me know in advance.). The pool closes after the first week in October. The hot tub remains open for the entire winter. Winter is beautiful here. Go for a walk in the woods, make a fire in the fire pit while soaking in the hot tub. Indoor fireplace is also a favorite. If you want to get away from the every day hustle and bustle of life, come to relax and tune out the rest of the world for a while. The pool will officially close October 2, 2022 and will reopen in May 2023. The hot tub will still be open for use all throughout the winter

Summary: We (3 adults in 60's) enjoyed our stay. We are recovering from some deaths in the family so the peacefulness & quiet was very nice. We all really enjoyed the pool! The farm animals were a delight to watch. Sarah - we wish you good luck & health with your future life adventures!

Summary: Had such a great time. Definitely for the animal lover!! We loved the horses and the cats and the dog and once we got used to the goats -- we loved them too! haha I've never been around goats before. Loved walking the property and the peaceful mornings. The weather wasn't very cooperative -- but even in the rain, it was beautiful. We definitely want to come back!

Summary: This home was a great experience for us. We all loved every aspect. The pool was so enjoyable. The animals were a lot of fun to watch. The house had everything we needed. Summary: We had a wonderful time at this home. Its quiet location down a long driveway from the road made this spot a relaxing respite. We loved the very large pool with both a shallow and deep end. The horses and goats on the property enhanced the country feel. The kitchen has everything you need and the very comfortable living room has a beautiful western feel reminiscent of a home in Jackson Hole or Montana. Sarah, the owner, was great to work with and she seemed very invested that we had a great time. We hope to stay there again!

Summary: Had a great time for our girls weekend at this property. The pool was perfect and plenty spacious for relaxing and hanging out for the day. The host was very nice and answered any questions I had in a timely manner. The animals were also our entertainment for the weekend. House has everything you need for your stay.

Summary: Home away from home in relaxing country setting. The kids loved spending time with ur animals! We could barely get them to come inside the whole weekend. Summary: First and foremost, thank you to Sarah, who was the nicest and most gracious host ever! Sarah was very quick to respond and extremely kind and helpful. The house and the grounds are just lovely. Very private, very quiet, yet close to stores and restaurants if you were to need something. We were able to bring two dogs and they had a great time as well. The pool area is just beautiful, there are flowers everywhere and the koi pond with the fish and frogs is charming. The area is fenced in so we didn’t have to worry about the dogs running out. There is plentiful seating and we had a wonderful family dinner on the patio. My little girls had the best time sitting in the tiki bar and watching cartoons while playing with the house cat and her kittens. The house is beautiful, rustic yet modern. Beds were very comfy, and the bunks beds were a hit with my kids. The kitchen is WELL STOCKED with every dish or gadget you need to cook or bake. The house and pool were extremely clean. It was awesome getting to pet Sarah’s adorable goats and friendly horses. We saw monarch butterflies and rabbits. The catch and release pond is very cool. Sarah, thank you for letting us stay in your home, we will be back. God bless you and your beautiful home.

Summary: The pool was definitely used several times a day. The hot tub was so nice after a day of sight-seeing. My kid loved playing with the cats and goats. The horses are very friendly. No AC in 2 bedrooms. Pet odor. Would stay here again. Great for our small family but set up for a group of friends too.
