Excellent location for your weekend or week-long getaway. Private, cozy, 1 bed only 10 min walk from the city center. Quiet area with a bakery, mini market and small restaurants a few minutes away. Close to all UNESCO World Heritage sites, 45 minutes by car from the famous vineyards of Margaux, Saint Emilion, etc and 45 minutes by car from the beach, Arcachon and Cap Ferret.
Tastefully decorated 50m2 apartment on the ground floor of a house. High ceilings, limestone wall, open floor plan, bedroom with ceiling fan, kitchen has all necessary appliances. Living room with bay windows overlooking the garden, with a small table and chairs. The sofa bed is for one adult or two children (130cm wide). A bathroom with Italian shower and WC. All linens and linens provided. Dining room for meals in the kitchen. Living room with sofa and chair, large screen HD TV, WiFi Internet access, Ethernet plug.

Summary: What is delightful place to stay a few days in Bordeaux. If we have any reason to go back, we would stay here again. Lots of light, a truly functional kitchen, and a comfortable bed. From the living room, you look out into a garden. The decoration in the apartment includes orchids and greenery and just makes you want to relax. There was even a washer and dryer . She left all kinds of little extras for us, including wine, cookies, and bread and juices and sodas. She even left us a box of chocolates to celebrate Halloween.

Summary: We could not have enjoyed our stay with Desiree more. They were an incredible host and accommodating in every way. The apartment itself had everything we needed and more and felt right at home. A wonderful quiet neighborhood within a 15 minute walk from the center of downtown. Would stay again in a heartbeat and wish we were there longer!

It‘s near the city, but very quiet, well equipped, beautiful designed and has a romantic small flower garden to sit in and have a glass of wine. Summary: This the most beautiful and well equipped VRBO we have ever experienced. The apartment and its garden offer a serene place from which to explore Bordeaux. Every amenity was provided by our hosts who also kindly drove us to a medical facility for treatment of an ankle sprain and stayed with us to provide French translation. Summary: We can’t say enough positive things about this ground-level apartment with a private entrance through a gorgeous garden. The apartment was beautifully furnished and well maintained. The kitchen contained everything one might need for sophisticated cooking. Desiree was a warm and welcoming host, greeting us on our arrival to show us through the apartment and its amenities. The location had convenient access to a small grocery store and restaurants. Public transportation made it easy to get to major attractions in the city. We rented a car only to get to areas outside the city (e.g., wineries).
