Make your visit a memorable one... stay in our beautifully decorated, Non-Smoking, two bedroom plus loft, two bathroom condo ideally located in the Heart of Summit County. Home of the best winter and summer activities Colorado has to offer! This is a premiere unit in the Swans Nest complex with quartz counter tops, new appliances, all new flooring, new beds and bedding, and modern fixtures throughout. We have current STR licensed with Summit County.
'Villas at Swans Nest' is located about 4 miles north of downtown Breckenridge, nestled in a quiet valley on the Swan River. You'll find relaxation 'off the beaten path' but still be close to four major ski resorts and everything the area has to offer. Our condo is a top floor unit in a building with only six units, so there is minimal disturbance from neighboring units.
• Relax in the comfort of a cozy living room. Plus, with the flip of a switch you can enjoy the ambiance of a glowing fire in the gas fireplace. We do not offer cable programming, but have SmartTV with FireTV access to streaming services like Netflix/Prime/AppleTV.
• The open living room flows into the dining area where up to six can be seated comfortably at the dining room table. The adjoining kitchen is fully-equipped with dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, and cooking utensils.
• Each of the two bedrooms has a queen-size bed, night stands, and dresser. The loft has one queen-size bed and a day-bed that unfolds into another full-size bed. All the beds are fitted with high-quality linens and comforters to provide a welcome retreat after an adventurous day in Summit County.
• From the living room you can step out onto the deck overlooking the Swan River and the Colorado Trail. Enjoy a barbecue meal cooked outdoors on the gas grill.
• You must be 25-years-old+ to rent the condo. We can offer stays of up to 3 weeks.

Summary: Super clean, great layout and location! Very easily accommodated family of 6 with plenty of space to spread out. Nice big kitchen. Close to hot tub. Bus stop not walkable in our opinion in case you were wanting to take bus to ski.

Summary: Everything was wonderful at the property! Location was great, not far at all from Breckenridge, and so peaceful and quiet. Our host gave excellent recommendations and was super responsive. We accidentally left with the parking pass ( 🤦🏻‍♀️) and communication on getting it back to the property was very smooth. We had a wonderful stay!

Summary: For us, this is a perfect location away enough from the Breck madness and close to Frisco on the other side. We hit the Breck slopes every morning and it’s about a 15 min drive with traffic so pretty easy. The condo is stocked with everything and anything you might ever need. We loved sitting around the fireplace and enjoy peace and quiet after a long day at the slopes.

Summary: It was just a friend and me so we had more space than needed, it could easily fit a family of 6. Location, set up, check in and check out, all great. Communication before check in was good too. I didn’t use the hot tubs, grill, washer/dryer, games, snow items… but it is all there and ready for anyone who may want to. Well stocked on toilet paper and tissues, cleaning supplies, pillows.. which is much appreciated. I definitely recommend staying, and would stay again if I head there again in the future.

Summary: We could not have been happier with our stay at the condo at Villas at Swan’s Nest! We loved the layout - so cozy & inviting! Our favorite things were the fireplace and the grill! The kitchen was so well stocked that it made staying in and cooking a breeze! Tim was so helpful and gave us great info on things to do and restaurants to eat at! If you want to stay somewhere quiet & relaxing but also be in close proximity to Breckinridge, Frisco, Keystone, then this is your place to stay! We really hope to return!!!
