Literally located on the trail, ski/board downhill 20 seconds and you are on the Snowflake Chairlift, which will take you to Base 8 or 9 - no need to carry your equipment. (Easy return home for lunch) In the Summer, no need to drive to a hike the hiking trails are at the front door. Competitive Rates! The best value for your vacation dollar! Exceptional townhouse for those who appreciate views, extra amenities and location (located on the slopes and only 2.5 blocks from town).
Gorgeous and immaculate, open floor plan with 9 foot ceilings. Private wooded area with mountain views in an upscale neighborhood. One of the largest one bedrooms in Breck with over 800 square feet. King mattress new last year. Quiet with only two other units attached. Designated parking. Sleeps 2 to 4 Adults comfortably! Master suite with a NEW king bed. The Living Room has a daybed with two NEW twin mattress. This provides for two separate sleep areas each with its own full size tiled bathroom (perfect for 2 couples or parents & children).
Take a mid-day ski break and come home for lunch, ski/board directly to the private entrance. After a day on the slopes return to relax your muscles in your own private outdoor hot tub with ski trail and mountain views (just 5 steps out the door).
Town is a short walk, drive or shuttle ride (shuttle stop 1 block away). However, if you decide to eat-in, you will find a spacious modern gourmet and fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, alder cabinets, kitchen table and a breakfast bar.
