Summary: Fun time in the foothills, with lots of room. The patio was a great place to drink coffee in the morning. Kids and family friends enjoyed the shuffleboard. King Soopers and Llamas right out the back door!

Summary: We had the perfect Thanksgiving in this beautiful Arvada home. The set up worked beautifully. Two adults were upstairs in the primary and a family of 5 shared the lower level. We each had private space so we could put the kids to sleep and still visit upstairs. The rooms were beautifully furnished and comfortable. The house is tucked in a nice neighborhood with a park/playground for the kids. It was in close proximity to a King Sooper and to fun food options making prepping for Thanksgiving easier. And the kitchen had everything we needed (except a Turkey pan - ha!) including a large table to gather round. The backyard was a nice place to congregate and watch 3 adorable llamas meander back and forth on a farm below. Working with Susie Properties was a pleasure, She gets back to you immediately able to answer any question. Thank you!

Summary: The home was very comfortable for my family. The basement is a fun hangout space to watch tv or play games. The main level is also very nice. The surrounding area is great with a grocery store and good restaurants very close by. We would definitely stay here again!
