The front living room has oak hardwood floors, cozy couches, and a dedicated workspace flowing nicely to a huge kitchen appointed with quartz counter tops, breakfast bar, deep stainless steel sink, rejuvenated classical cabinetry, and newer appliances. Fully equipped with cookware, dishes, and silverware to cook every meal. Off the kitchen at the back of the home is an expansive family room featuring a Roku TV 50" flat screen and leather sectional to unwind. The main living space is furnished to accommodate the vacation Lifestyle and the business traveler lifestyle. Each room has modern work surfaces and lift capable coffee tables to operate electronics, laptops and other mobile devices from the comfort of sofas and lounge chairs
Two bedrooms and a custom tiled full bath share one side of the bungalow. Both bedrooms have queen size beds, comfortable mattresses, and hotel quality linens and pillow for maximum rest and leisure. Plenty of shelving storage and closet space. The primary bedroom has a wall mounted Smart TV. Renovated full bath, ceramic tile outlays, pedestal sink and large soak tub combination shower with new fixtures. Bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and body cream provided.

Summary: Cute home in older quiet neighboorhood located within suburb of Denver called Arvada. Easily could provide housing for up to four adults but we had two adults and one very active toddler so the grassy backyard was a hit. There was no dishwasher but the ranch style kitchen sink made the job easy. However, the dishes were not put away clean with lip stick on coffee mugs. The utensils were encrust with food. The second bedroom's bedframe is a trip hazard that repeled you into an unsecured heavy mirror which could have seriously injured myself or my grand daughter even though the bedframe was wrapped with a rubber banded kitchen mitten. I am elderly I would greatly have benefited with a hand rail to get in and out of the bath tub shower combination. Lastly, I feel I should not have had to drag the heavy trash can out to the street from the previous tennants. I easily feel this could have been a five star review if the owner addresses these conditions. cups and food bits on the dishes.stlkitchsink

Summary: This place was perfect for our family during stay near Denver! We liked that the back living room area was separate from the sleeping areas so kids could sleep while adults stayed awake and watched shows. Beds were comfy and the perfect place to land after all of our Denver activities such as MeowWolf, The Wild Animal Sanctuary, and so much more!

Summary: The location was great with good restaurants in walking distance. Grocery store was 7 miles straight up the road and the Arvada town square just up the street. The house was a cute well refurbished bungalow with everything in working order and the neighbor hood safe and friendly. Good place to take daily walks. Lenny was very responsive and helpful. We look forward to staying there again.

Summary: Veyr clean and cozy house. Easy check in. Plenty of space and comfy beds. TV's were nice and the internet was fast. Overall a nice place to stay for the price. Property manager was responsive and great!
