Summary: House was comfortable, neighborhood was great, wish it had the bbq grill it said it had online cause we brought stuff to grill, and one of the rolled up "clean" towels in the bathroom, actually had sand all over in it only those 2 complaints though- we would stay again!

Summary: We stayed for four nights in May and had a good experience at this home. For the two of us, there was ample space and amenities on the first floor to get us satisfied. The kitchen had the basics we needed, and there was plenty of space to relax in the adjoining rooms. The neighboring homes are well setback. We didn't hear disturbances at night. The home did have a couple of quirks that took some getting used to. The first is that most of the rooms on the downstairs floor have a step or two between them, including between the bedroom and the adjoining bathroom. This took some getting used to at night. Second, was the locking keypad on the side door into the family room. It was very problematic to get the unlock code to work. Our best attempt took three tries to get it right. Aside from that, it was a pleasant experience and worth checking out.

Summary: The outside of the house was my favorite part: The neighborhood is quiet, sweet with a nature walking trail near by, &close proximity to the beach. The garden flowers were beautiful even in Fall! The inside however: Although on the surface the house was clean, you can tell the owners do NOT spend extra money doing DEEP CLEANS. The furniture was visibly dirty and since it was so old I had no idea if the fabric had ever been thoroughly cleaned. The same went for the old dark green carpet that I assumed was the culprit for the house smelling musky and possibly like pet urine. The kitchen blinds had what looked like pasta sauce splattered on them, ∂ of a vacuum was left out upon arrival. No laundry detergent to in guest basket, so we couldn’t do laundry without having to buy a huge container of detergent. *Important to note: This house has multiple single levels/steps up and down into different rooms. With the large amount of random furniture (too much for a house that only allows 4ppl) it was very hard to navigate &get used to. I’m pregnant and my mother is older, so with only one bathroom to use in the middle of the night, we literally had to move furniture and keep lights on to not walk into furniture or fall! This is not a good house is you are very old or disabled.

Summary: The house was clean with no bad smells . I had a real bad time with the lock. The 10 digit code would not work for about 6 tries. Later I had gone to seaside for dinner dinner and I couldn't get it to work. I called and and the nice lady gave me a code to a key lockbox I used thst for the rest of the stay. I tried the door code several time it would work once and a while. On Wednesday afternoon I got back and had small black ants in the kitchen . There was a bottle of ant spray under the sink took cate of that. The house was added onto a couple of times and is a little chopped up with lots of doors. It is a really quiet place and the beach is five minutes away . The light for the entry door is a battery operated unit and the batteries were dead I replaced them .

Summary: We keep coming back here because it is cozy and near the Ridge Path which we walk several times a day. I do artwork at the table at front of the house where it is so sunny and open. My husband does his music in the big back room. It is extremely quiet at night !
