Positive: View and location were excellent. Light and bright interior.
Negative: Bathrooms were very old and need updating for the price we were charged. Mattresses were old and need to be replaced. Bedding and pillows were old and thin. Need warmer blankets, comforter. Nightstands weren’t large enough to put anything on them and the bedrooms had very poor lighting. One of the backdoors to the patio would not lock.
Summary: We only slept there and used the bathrooms which were mediocre at best.

Positive: There was plenty of seating. Beds were comfy. Kitchen had nice accommodations. It was nice that there were no houses between us and the beach. Nice that there were beach towels for the beach. Vacasa was easy to work with.
Negative: I wish I could have seen the ocean from the big picture windows and that I had known you couldn't see the water from inside. TV was hard to work--wish there had been instructions. Never did get the bedroom one to work. Disappointed in such an early checkout on Sunday--10:00!

Positive: Loved the location, the layout, the spaciousness, great layout, great kitchen, great view.
Negative: Old and worn furniture, especially upholstery; No plug in on one side of the king bed; No table lamp on same side of the king bed; Not a real nightstand on same side of king bed; No washer and dryer; No blinds or curtains on patio doors in either bedroom; Slate floor difficult to keep clean; Old carpeting; Older bathrooms.
