Built in 2016, an exceptional stay awaits your next getaway to Galveston at this tranquil vacation home located just five minutes walk from the beach and three miles from Galveston Island State Park! The beautiful, outdoor living spaces boast a private pool, spa, dining area, firepit, oversize grill, and plenty of seating in the patio area and up on the balcony where you can enjoy the sea breezes with your morning coffee. A bathroom off the patio adds convenience to your sun-soaked beach days.
Inside, you'll find high-quality finishes and an open concept with space to spread out and relax as well as smart TVs for streaming your favorite channels and high-speed internet access. Easily cook meals like you never left home in the well-equipped, island kitchen with counter seating for four, a Keurig coffee maker, and stainless steel appliances (including a six-burner gas stove) to make whipping up everyone's favorite recipes quick and easy.
When you want to get out and explore, local shops and eateries are close-at-hand, while the beach is less than a mile from your door - and don't forget to grab a treat from the ice cream truck that swings through every afternoon!

Netflix, HBO, & Peacock streaming are available using your own accounts.
Beach toys, two beach chairs, and a cart are provided for guest use.
The small fenced yard is shared with the pool area; dogs must be crated when left alone at the property; please do not leave dogs outside unattended.
Keurig coffee pods are not provided.
The lift is not currently available for guest use.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Summary: We loved our stay at the house! The pool and spa went to great use and also just a short walk away from the beach. The full kitchen came in handy and was fully stocked for everything we needed. Only trouble was lack of instructions for the pool/turning jets on in the spa. Luckily a few of us have experience with pools and figured it out, but would recommend having a short instructions guide for future stays. Other than that, highly recommend!

Summary: Hot tub never did really work. Good game selection. Mosquitos were horrible, couldn't go outside without repellant. (may just be the season but we all got ate up) House is very comfortable.

Summary: Beautiful, bright, clean, and airy beach house with plenty of amenities. The pool was great and we all had fun swimming. There is access to the beach from either walking to the beach or driving your car to one of the pocket beaches. The house was conveniently located to Galveston attractions. Overall, we were very pleased with the accommodations.

Summary: This home was close to the beach and has its own private pool. We rented a golf cart and were at the beach in less than 5 minutes. When are kids got tired we went back to the house and could let the kids swim while we cooked or grilled. We had a great family vacation. It’s also very close to a store if you need food or anything you may have forgotten.

Summary: This is by far my favorite location! We spend time every summer in Galveston, and will definitely be staying here again! Loved the pool, and it's a beautiful house. Very comfy and very happy.

Summary: Close to the beach. The house stays nice and cold and the pool is warm and clean. Convenient outdoor shower and bath. There is a Dollar General within about 2 minutes and several convenience shops. The grill needs a good cleaning and was rusty (likely due to the ocean water air) so we decided not to grill. The kitchen appliances were high end and plenty of dish soap and dish washer detergent was provided. Fully stocked kitchen with regard to dishes and i tensile too. There also was a lot of travel sized soaps, conditioners, and shampoos provided. No laundry detergent or paper towels were provided, so you we picked up your own. There were plenty of beach and bath towels provided, but we stayed a week and are a family of 5, so we ran out of the towels and washcloths quickly. I was glad we had brought some of our own as a backup. The beach is super close, clean, and there was plenty of beach access and parking. If we come back to Galveston for a vacation, we will definitely stay here again!

Summary: We rented this house because it had a pool and was near the beach. Our mornings were spent in the pool as it was shaded till noon. We rented a 6 person golf cart from Ricks Beach rentals. We could drive around neighborhood looking at houses and going to the beach. Night time we swam in the pool which was warm at night from day of sun on it and had board games inside at large table. The kitchen is well equipped for all our meals. Deep freezer drawer to hold ice bags for ice chests. Big deep porch to sit at at night. Nice touch lighted stairs at night to see going down them. Great having bathroom outside area. Covered parking to keep cars cool. Plenty of propane to grill. Last day our family said we need to stay here again at this house. Everyone thought having the private pool was great.

Summary: The property is beautiful! The pool, landscaping and outdoor areas are really nice. Plenty of shade as well as sunlight. The pool is beautiful with the waterfalls and lighting. The house it self is stunning with high ceilings and natural lighting. Gourmet kitchen. Plenty of plates, bowls and all manner of glasses. The bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect sized for us. The master bedroom has mix matched furnishings, a wall mount for a tv, without a tv. The tv is in a too large cabinet for the room. The mattress and pillows were not very good. We could feel the slats supporting the mattress through the mattress. The bunk beds had great mattresses. The kitchen drawers were disorganized and a few necessary kitchen items missing. I feel with a kitchen like this, you have to cook a time or two. No spatula, two frying pans and one pot. There were some areas missed in the cleaning prior to arrival in the kitchen. No trash bags for the stay. The outdoor shower was full of sand covered beach floats/toys. Minor things, but we felt for the price, that a little more attention to detail would solve the few negatives that we had. Overall, I would highly recommend this property!

Summary: Overall property was clean, well equipped and comfortable, and kid friendly (we traveled with a 1 year old) We had a great time at the pool, the water was cool as we didn't heat it, but was still warm enough for this time of year. Overall a great stay and would stay again.
