Beautiful spacious 2 story home in the Eagle Ridge golf community! This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home has a large fenced in back yard with shade and a fire pit with outdoor seating. The home features an open layout on the first level and a large master bedroom complete with enormous bathroom and walk in closet on the second floor. There are also 2 other comfy bedrooms upstairs with a shared bathroom and laundry room.
There is a large 2 car garage with plenty of storage space, and room to park in the driveway as well as on the street.

Summary: Had a great time hanging with our grown kids as the rental was only 10-15 away from both of them. Clare was great with instructions and getting back almost immediately whenever i had a question. Our dogs loved the backyard. Bed was very comfortable and we hope to stay there again later this year. Highly recommend the place

Summary: We were in the Raleigh area exploring areas for a potential relocation. We booked this home due to its proximity to the surrounding areas, and we were not disappointed. The house was exactly as the listing shows. It is in a beautiful neighborhood with easy access to the local highways. The house had more than enough room for my family, and everything was super clean and functional.I would highly recommend staying here if you need someplace local to Raleigh without being in the congested areas of downtown!

Summary: The house was perfect for my family! We were able to put a pack and play in both bedrooms for our babies. The garage door openers were such a nice surprise! Claire was so easy to communicate with! The bed & couch were very comfy!

Summary: We stayed at this property for 3 weeks while while we were waiting to move into our new house and had a wonderful stay, Clare was a great host and so very easy to communicate with. The house checked every box for us from the comfort and nice furnishings to the great neighborhood and the Christmas lights display just over the fence in the backyard. Thank you for an amazing experience. If we ever need another rental we would defiantly put this property at the top of our list!!
