Summary: The place is spacious enough for 12, and we just needed a comfortable place to sleep for 2 nights. When we arrived it was evident that it wasn’t clean enough. Dirty windows, dusty windowsills & dirty floors. My kids feet & socks were black in minutes. For charging a cleaning fee, I expected a clean place. Unfortunately on the second night (& last) we noticed cockroaches in the kitchen counter, the dishwasher & the bathroom! That’s just unsanitary! And clearly linked to the lack of cleaning. We brought the issue with the manager & all he said was that they had people over all the time and this was the first time they had that complaint. They didn’t refund our cleaning fee, or took any responsibility for the state of the rental.
