Summary: This apartment is spacious and very nicely furnished/decorated - it was more nicely furnished than many pet friendly units we have stayed at. There was a nice effort at a welcome package - both dishwasher and laundry pods were provided. The location is very convenient to several major highways. On the downsides, both toilets ran and kept us up all night the first night. The owner did offer to fix this but we didn't want the interruption. Our solution was to turn the water off after every flush. The water heater had been set to the maximum temperature, which resulted in being scalded in the shower as the water temperature goes up and down during even a very short shower. It's unpleasant and dangerous. Fortunately we had access to the water heater and turned it down, which meant the shower vacillated between comfortable and cold, but at least it wasn't dangerously hot. There are plenty of dishes, pots, and pans. 'However there's an odd assortment of drinkware - there are plenty of tiny little teacups that are useless, but very few decent mugs or glasses, and no stemware at all. The bath towels were thin, some had holes, and they were all mismatched. All of these negative things can be very easily improved (except maybe the water temperature - I think a new water heater is needed) and then this unit would be truly perfect.

Summary: This first floor apartment is conveniently located to a major highway ( Route 22 ) in Central New Jersey. It is nestled at the back end of a condominium complex and was very peaceful. It was clean and had everything that we needed for our 5 day stay. Tom and Sue promptly replied when I had questions to ask. Two things to consider before booking - the second bedroom has a double bed - this might be tight for some couples. Secondly, there are no grab bars in the bathroom with the shower/tub. My elderly parents were with us during this stay. It made it difficult for them to use the shower. Overall, though, a very pleasant stay.
