Both spare rooms have a queen sized bed , dresser, and night stand. Each room has bedside lamps and USB chargers. Relax in the living room with the peaceful fireplace, 50 inch TV, DVD player and recliner. Just minutes from Saint Roberts main shopping centers. Sits on a Quiet Cul-De-Sac, Near Fort Leonard Wood. All guests will be required to sign a short term lease agreement with the host before the day of your stay. All leases will be sent by email and can be electronically signed. It is a very hassle free process.

Summary: We stayed here while visiting with our son on leave from nearby Fort Leonard Wood. The house itself is nice with plenty of room to visit and relax. It's located in a small development that seemed quiet, with restaurants, shopping, etc. close by. Unfortunately, we observed more than a few things in need of deep cleaning, maintenance, or repair, which was really disappointing. A few examples include: A stuck garbage disposal filled with rotting food debris (my husband fixed this), dirty/heavily mineralized coffee maker (he cleaned this too), banging (stuck?) garage door, clogged bathroom sink drain, dead batteries in TV remote and wall clock, etc. The patio was unusable due to the vinyl privacy divider lying in pieces on the ground, covering much of the area. The sliding door to the patio was stuck when we tried opening it. The home doesn't have cable or satellite television and the internet service it's supposed to have was down throughout our stay. My husband, who works in IT, rebooted their old modem/router appliance and speed tested it to verify that no usable internet connection was available. We did notify the property owner about each of these things, but none were addressed during our stay because it was over a long holiday weekend. Hopefully, they begin addressing them soon.

Summary: If you need somewhere to stay for graduation, this is the place to be. Only thing you need to pack is your toiletries. Everything in the home was supplied for you. Very clean, quiet area and close to post.

Summary: Place was nice and clean. We just had small issue after issue. Management company was great and responded quickly and had good communication. We didn't have any internet/tv for the entirety of our stay as some one had cut the coax coming in from outside. We had to chase some squirrels from inside the siding and duct work out on the second day and finally the bed in the master was very noisy and made it tough to sleep. This was communicated to the management company and they did refund us 100 dollars off our stay. We did however leave a day early and used that 100 dollars towards a hotel. All of these issues could easily be fixable and may have already been corrected since our stay. They just started to stack up on us. Can't say enough about Emily and Ben though. They were great with communication and really tried to help out.

Summary: The house was lovely, very clean and beautiful. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by consistently poor communication from the property management. It was frustrating trying to get timely responses to important inquiries. The password to the wifi wasn’t correct and we couldn’t get a good one for 4 days. Also, you should bring your own shower toiletries as a host doesn’t provide any.

Summary: Perfection! 10 out of 10 rating. I loved how clean and the open floor plan was for entertaining. It was everything I wanted my family day to be with my son. Big kitchen to cook a home cooked meal and to relax with family. Instead of trying to find a place to hang out and feel rushed at restaurants.
