Positive: The front desk staff was above and beyond. Maintenance came and fixed the tv and left it on Disney for my kid. We stayed 3 nights. Night one and two were clean. The weekday breakfast was great. People who are not vegan and don't like to eat junk like donuts for breakfast will be able to find suitable meals. (Not much for healthy vegans)
Negative: 1. Room to bright due to no curtains. 2. TV is best for a 10-year-old who says, "TV is my life." A 13-year-old and a Gen X'er couldn't quite figure it out. We had to call the front desk on the third morning. 3. The second night we arrived, we were surprised and overjoyed to find a super clean room, along with my daughter's stuffed animal on the bed waiting for her. Then she wet the bed. I left a good tip, a thank-you note, and an apology. I stripped the bed and left the peed on sheets on the floor. I put the sign on the door that says "needs service". Note that I did not put the sign on the door after our first night; they just serviced it anyway. We came back late, sure that we would be sleeping in clean sheets, the bed was naked! And the sheets were still on the floor and the stinky trash with her pull-up had not been taken out. (she is special needs and has SPD, these things do happen sometimes) The note and the tip were gone, of course. All housekeeping did was put in fresh towels. Big-woop. I didn't need the fresh towels; I needed fresh sheets—our room stank from the sitting pee. I had to wait for the front desk to bring me sheets, and I took out the trash myself. Needless to say, I did not leave a tip the next night.
Summary: Room too bright due to no curtains, Front desk is phenomenal, housekeeping may not come.

Positive: It was so cozy and clean. All of the staff were so polite! We enjoyed the breakfast. We got movies from downstairs to watch and the kids loved that. The store downstairs was super convenient as well. The location was prime as we were visiting Fort Leonard Wood for graduation. We could walk to Dollar Tree, restaurants, and gas stations. 10/10

Negative: I didn’t like the breakfast, the pastries were stale, the hot breakfast didn’t look appealing to me.

Positive: So many pluses; the location was great, close to stores, eateries and Fort Leonard Wood. Staff was friendly, helpful and always available. Really liked the availability of a store 24/7, laundry room, a free video library, and dining room for hot chocolate, etc. during the day or night and breakfast buffet. Our room had a separate bunk room with second TV for kids.
Negative: The indoor pool was not available avail for use and that was an important reason we chose the Bell. Due to weather my 12 year old son was limited to playing in powdered snow, which is not good for snowman construction. Also a DVD player in the bunk room would have been a plus, while the adults watched movies on DVD in other room.

Negative: They have a fantastic breakfast that wasn't served while we were there. We were not told this and still paid the full price. One of the reasons we picked this place was because of their breakfast.

Positive: The beds and pillows are comfortable unlike other motel/Inns weve been to that you would know it's worn out. The bathroom is pretty clean. We have our own kitchenette with basic cooking utensils and they also provided dining utensils! The breakfast is superb! Coffee is available 24/7 in the kitchen, you can also make your own in the comfort of your room with the provided cofee maker that is not cheap looking. The location is close to the military base.
Negative: Window doesn't have curtain so we could adjust the light that comes through the window at night when we sleep.
