Summary: My family and I had a family reunion weekend and rented this property. The location was central to everywhere that we needed to go, the check-in process was seamless, we received instructions over a week ahead of arriving, and the property was spotless when we arrived.This is a beautiful and spacious property and it made us feel like we were staying at our own home. The owners had a guest book that we signed, as well as instructions for the property, which was very helpful. At the end of our stay, we left the property the way it was requested per the property instructions.I tried to contact the owner to find out how to lock the door since it was keyless and unfortunately it took a while before someone to get back to me. However, by then I had figured it out with Google.The only suggestions I have would be to check/clean the shower head in the hall bathroom because the water was not coming out of the head properly. Also, the toilets were really small and low, which can be problematic for guests with issues getting up and down.Overall, I would definitely consider renting this property again. We appreciate your hospitality.

Summary: We had a great stay here for a weekend baseball tournament about 8 minutes from the fields. The house was very cozy. We and our two teens were very comfortable. The host was immediately responsive to our two questions. Overall, a great stay. If we're back in Salisbury, we hope to stay again.
