A stylish architect designed and furnished studio attached to the main house but self contained and with its own separate entrance. This modern contemporary west facing space is sunny, fully double glazed and overlooks the main house garden. It has a vaulted ceiling, designer lighting, ceramic wood effect flooring with underfloor heating, Venetian blinds, electrically operated windows and blackout curtains. There is a living/dining area with a sofa bed,high spec kitchen and separate sleeping area with a shower room and toilet. The studio is equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher induction hob combination oven microwave and warming drawer together with all necessary household items for a comfortable stay. There is a table and chairs outside and guests are welcome to enjoy the garden. There is space to park a car and use of bike shed is available if required.Bike hire is easy.The studio is located almost opposite Addenbrookes hospital, close to the station and is a 30 minute walk, ten minute cycle or 5 minute drive from the centre of Cambridge. Several express supermarkets and restaurants are located approximately a mile away. Bus stops are located a 5 - 7 minute walk away and the buses go approximately every 15 minutes. to the town centre. We now have electric bikes and scooters in Cambridge which are often available to pick up fairly close to the house. We also have Uber now so transport overall is very easy.

Summary: Spacious, comfortable, tastefully decorated, quiet and private garden setting. It is so refreshing to experience one on one hospitality, rather than deal with online property managers who send scripted emails. Joanna and Paul were so welcoming and kind. Hope to return when possible.

Summary: The studio was great. Checkin instructions were clear and easy to follow. The kitchen was well stocked and the bed comfortable. Everything worked. It was marvelous.

Summary: A lovely studio flat, well equipped and with all amenities needed as a good base. The studio in a good position for those able to walk into the city or avail of the public transport. We also drove to other areas including the American Cemetery and Saffron Walden. A very pleasant stay as the first part of our East Anglian holiday.

Summary: Paul and Joanna are the perfect hosts! This is our second stay. The apartment is wonderful, very clean, comfortable and a very short, convenient walk to the LMB and Royal Papworth/Addenbrookes hospitals. Close to bus line too making it an easy commute to Cambridge City Centre, Sights and shopping! Very highly recommend!

Summary: This was a lovely garden studio. Lovely glass windows looking out at the garden. The hosts have decorated the studio in a nice peaceful way. The bed was very comfortable. Joanna and Paul also had milk, tea, coffee, etc, available on arrival which was so welcome. The instruction book they had prepared was very useful and easy to understand. It was an easy walk to the bus stop to get into the city center. I would certainly recommend the studio.
