Our 4 bedroom, 3 bath Villa Savanna is bright with comfortable island décor and is endowed with a terrace and beautiful pool surrounded by a tropical paradise on a large private lot.
The villa has everything you need: equipped kitchen (including clean drinking water system throughout the villa), large open living room and dining room with 3 bathrooms, terrace, outdoor barbecue, flat-screen television (with cable), ceiling fans, and 4 air conditioned bedrooms. The master and Jr suites are ensuite. We also have wireless internet for our customers to be connected at all times.
Villa Savanna is located in a very secure, gated community just 10 minutes away from POP Puerto Plata - International Airport. You will enjoy beautiful Sosua and Cabarette beaches and fantastic restaurants.
El Choco National Park and Monkey Jungle are less than 10 km from the villa. Downtown Puerto Plata with Ocean World is less than 25 minutes away.
Modern supermarkets are less than 4 kilometers. For your safety a modern clinic/hospital is just 2 kms from the villa's complex run by an American trained neurosurgeon.
In addition there is a free Casa Linda shuttle that goes to both Sosua and Cabarette several times each day. It drives right by the villa. We can arrange to pick you up at the airport and know a great rental car company with reasonable rates that will pick you up and drop you off at the airport and then you will have your own vehicle to explore this beautiful island from beaches to mountains.

Summary: I have zero complaints. My stay was perfect. Although, I do have a suggestion. It would have been nice if the house would have been more equipped with 1. Trash bags 2. Toilet paper 3. Mosquitoes repellent

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and have stayed at this villa multiple times. The house is beautiful. It is spacious with a fully equipped kitchen and great BBQ. It is nice to have pure clean drinking water throughout the house and not hassle with bottles. Also love the salt water pool. The security in this subdivision is the best on the north shore. Thomas and his wife are great hosts. The maid is gracious and the pool and tropical yard are well-maintained. The Sosua/Cabarette area has many wonderful restaurants, bars and the beaches are beautiful. There is even a free shuttle that will take you to both these towns. We always enjoy relaxing and not worrying about a thing. Friends and family have stayed with us here. We highly recommend this villa and area of the Dominican Republic.

Summary: I stayed at this property with 3 other people and had a phenomenal time. Thomas and his wife were awesome and answered all of my questions via email and telephone before I booked my stay. Everything was last minute due to some circumstance leading up to trip to Sosua but Thomas was able to help and everything worked out perfect. We arrived at POP and rented a car. We arrived at Thomas office and were greeted by his lovely and beautiful wife. We followed her to the Villa and she let us know everything we needed to know about Sousa. The maid was great and came daily, except for Sunday. We also paid her to cook us an authentic Dominican meal. She went to the store and came back with our change and receipt. The meal was delicious and we were all stuffed to the gills. The place was gorgeous and better than the pictures. Very Clean, beautiful manicured community, and extremely safe. There is a guard at the gate and security all around the community. Our pool guy was also great. I left my phone by the pool before we went out. It started to pour when we were out. When we returned my phone was not out by the pool where I left it. I thought it was gone and accepted that I was stupid for leaving it out. To my surprise when the pool guy arrived in the morning he immediately flagged me down to give me my phone back. He put the phone in the maintenance room below the pool because it started to rain. How great is that? My only complaint is the speed bumps. i recommend a SUV it you are renting a car because a car will scrap the speed bumps quite easily. However this is a problem all over Sousa, not just in the community. Those speed bumps are big and vicious. At least in the community they are freshly pained and you can see them. In town, some of them aren't even pained. Thomas returned my Deposit before I landed back in the states. There was a small fee deducted from the deposit due to our electricity use. We ran the AC 24/7 to keep the place ice cold. Well worth the extra money. He let me know all of this upfront and there were no hidden fees or extra taxes associated with anything. I will probably end up staying at another property of Thomas's because it will be a solo trip next time and will not need as much room. But I will DEFINITELY use Thomas again. And Thomas you are one lucky man.... With all do respect your wife is beautiful

Summary: I stayed here for 7 days and nights and i must it was well worth it. I've been to sosua a few times now and i've stayed in a few different places. I've always enjoyed staying in the Casa Linda Villa's due to the heightened security that makes you fell secure and safe. Granted its a good 7min ride to Sosua bars and club its worth it for what you are receiving. This particular Villa was well kept, we had a daily maid who came to clean up the house, change the sheets and towels. The pool was cleaned and it was the 1st salt water pool that i've been in. It was as advertised. You will not be disappointed by staying in this villa.

Summary: The property was better than advertised. I completely enjoyed my stay at this property it was very clean, safe, and close to all activities. The property was serviced well, and the pool was awesome. Honestly, there was not one thing about it that I didn't not like. The property provided great service, and was very knowledgable of the area. I greatly recommend this property.
