Summary: We had visitors from out of town stay here instead of staying at a hotel and this made their visit so much more enjoyable! Most had never been to Utah so to stay in a lovely historical home elevated their experience. The hosts were easily accessible and accommodating. The home was beautiful and had everything they needed to enjoy their stay. So much room that one of the guests led a yoga session for everyone each morning!

Summary: Our daughter was admitted to Primary Children's hospital, and we needed a place to stay. This home was close, but it was also really nice! It's beautiful, clean, well stocked, and with a really great location. We would definitely stay here again (though hopefully in different circumstances).

Summary: This home is updated in such a classy way... no corners cut! Bathrooms, Bedrooms and kitchen are spacious and immaculate. The location is close to EVERYTHING and the owner is very responsive. Can't say enough good things. My sisters and my families stayed there for a family wedding. Camt

Summary: The host, who lives next door, was very responsive and accommodating. Very big bedrooms, kitchen, and dining room, so it was easy to have twelve people sharing the house, while feeling as though there was plenty of space. This was our second time staying in the house, we highly recommend it!

Summary: This was a GREAT house, well kept, clean and convenient. It was perfect for my family, especially for my elderly parents, since it has kitchen, dining room, living room, two bedrooms and bathroom with a walk-in shower on the ground floor level. The neighborhood was quiet and great for short walks. Dave provided good restaurant recommendations for places nearby. Overall, a great stay and would definitely rent this house again.

Summary: I brought a group of my voice students with their moms to Salt Lake for a competition at the University. The property was clean and spacious with enough privacy for all to feel like they could get away and think but also enough gathering space to enjoy being together! The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels! The host was friendly and responsive. The property is very close to the University and fun places to go. We walked to "The Wildwood," a restaurant down the street (about a block). It was quaint and cute! Great food! Make a reservation because it is small. Thanks for making our stay stress free!!
