Summary: Roger is a kind and responsive host. House has large master BR and good floor plan. Owner lives here part-time, so there are a lot of personal items. Cleaning and maintenance are "ok", but not "white-glove" level, as many other VRBO homes are.

Summary: Beautiful, shady pool for us sun-deprived Canadians. Spacious, clean, well equipped home in an absolutely beautiful (and close to amenities) home. Roger is wonderful to work with.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at this house. Did not realize that the pool would not be open, but no big deal as we stayed plenty busy anyways. Best stocked house we have ever stayed in! Comfy beds and cozy towels too. Would recommend for a family!

Summary: We booked this home because it had pool and looked lovely from the photos. Which in fact is a nice home and very personalized. The neighborhood is even more lovely than we imagined. We were disappointed that the pool was non operational and that was not discussed to us prior to booking. Cleaning crew could have been more thorough. Roger kept in communication with us throughout our stay as needed, but overall satisfied with our stay. I advise you read the house rules/operations on the coffee table as soon as you as you arrive. We missed the trash by a day.
