Spacious 2 bedroom, main gourmet Kitchen with All Clad/Viking pots and pans, Viking and high quality knives - Knife sharpener, Cuisinart food processor, convection oven, gas range, Beverage/wine cooler Living and eating area. Generac Generator on premises in case of power outages which triggers on right as the power goes off (generator is optional and if not wanted during your stay, $30 per night will be deducted). The property sits on two acres of beautifully landscaped property. Feel free to walk the beautifully landscaped gardens and notice the beautiful tropical landscape. You will love the Caretakers; Debbie and Tinny. Debbie is a wonderful contact and can prepare authentic Bahamian dishes for you if you like. She is also an expert at medicinal Cat Island plants and if enough notice, she will be happy to teach guests something memorable on your vacation. Just make sure to schedule directly with her. Tinny is also available for guest services if needed. True Bahamians who will definitely add to your experience. There are restaurants up and down the Island which we will list for you in the house manual. The Island is magical and the night skies are unbelievable. Enjoy the screened in porch overlooking the ocean.

Summary: We had the most wonderful stay at Kathleens villa! There has been so much attention to every detail of this home. We slept with the doors open protected by the screened porch! It was wonderful to hear the waves all day and night. We can hardly wait to return to this fabulous villa!!!!!

Summary: we are used to traveling in the caribbean There we came across a pearl, Katleen’s villa Superb location, enough space, the beach 50 meters away.. we met jack the neighbor, who pointed us to the fisherman for lobsters, delicious.. it's on we will come back one thing, watch out for the numerous holes on the road!!! merci encore eric et nadine
