This estate sits next door to the TCU Football stadium and a block away from the TCU campus. The home is enclosed with an 8 foot stone wall and gated entrance for privacy. The downstairs area is an open floor plan with fully equipped kitchen, stainless steel gas range/oven, dishwasher & refrigerator, coffee maker, and wine refrigerator. You will find large, double sliding glass doors to enjoy the sitting area with an outdoor fireplace and built in outdoor gas grill. (Wood is provided for the outdoor fireplace) Located downstairs you will find a powder bath. The property has 2 master bedrooms. In the downstairs master bedroom you will find a Queen size bed, a sitting area, and television. This area also has its own private master bath which includes a separate shower and tub. The main master bedroom is upstairs & Unbelievable!!! You will find this room to have vaulted ceilings, a King size bed, a gas fireplace, an office, and a sitting area. This room offers a view, unlike any other home in the heart of Fort Worth. This view is of a private wooded area, or you can step out into the 1000 square foot balcony, overlooking the TCU football stadium. There is a a swing bed on the balcony, a sitting area, & television to watch your favorite game. The upstairs master bath is amazing! It has a shower for 2 with water cascading from the ceiling, and an oversized jetted infinity tub for 2. Oversized master closet. Fine linens and towels included, tankless hot water, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, & blow dryer.
