2200 square foot 1980's home in a quiet neighborhood near medical center. Home has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with a large backyard, playground for children, nice covered patio and garden.
Home is Centrally located, 15 minutes from Lackland and airport, 20 minutes from downtown/riverwalk, 15 minutes from Sea world, 1 mile from HEB. 10 minutes from La Cantera and The Rim shopping center. House is 2 miles from UT Health Science Center, 5 miles from UTSA, 2 miles from USAA. Within 3 miles of all Medical Center Hospitals including Methodist, St Luke Baptist, Cancer Therapy Research Center, and Christus Santa Rosa.
Neighborhood consists of a large park that has soccer fields, large playground, tennis courts and basketball courts within 2 miles. Home is close to Martha's restaurant, Regent Chinese restaurant, Chick-fil-a, Marcos's pizza and Starbucks.
House has 2 Smart TV's with free wifi, central heat and AC, full kitchen. Washer and dryer, iron, hair dryer and coffee maker. We provide gourmet coffee beans, assorted sweeteners and creamer. Our home has a water softener system in place and a reverse osmosis system in the kitchen. Home is family/kid friendly, suitable for events. Home has a fire extinguisher, smoke detector, carbon monoxide detector, and first aid kit. The master bedroom is downstairs and has a King size bed with a double vanity and has a large Jacuzzi-jet tub and shower. Upstairs has 2 bedrooms, one with a full size bed and other one with full size bed along with a full bathroom. Living room has a large comfortable chair, a love seat and a couch which has a pull out queen bed.
Outdoor patio has 2 ceiling fans with lights and is a great place for relaxing with family and friends!

Summary: Our family of 6, including girls aged 8, 6 and 7 months loved our time at this warm home. You can tell that this place has been lived in for decades as it has some wear and tear, but that also provides some of the charm. We enjoyed the open room concept, the big backyard with two playsets in the back for the kids, the patio with surround sound that was great for relaxing, the grill, the jacuzzi tub, washer and dryer, and coffee beans. All the pots and pans needed to make a meal are available and there were childrens' plates, utensils, etc. While a 20 minute drive to Riverwalk, there are lots of eateries and a super market less than a mile away. There is also a nice park - Raymond Rinkus - with playground less than 10 minutes away. The hosts were informative and responsive. We recommend.

Summary: This house was great!! We loved everything about it. Hopefully it will be available for us in February when we go back!! Highly recommend. Our granddaughter enjoyed the swing set & doll house outside!!

Summary: Immediately our 3 year old was excited to check out the coolest kid house and playground in the huuuge back yard. She was sooo happy and the weather was great. The house felt like a home. A real “Home” if you know what I mean. It was perfect for us. We are going to cherish many memories made here. The owners even went above and beyond to make this little princess happy. We loved the patio and the grill worked perfectly. We danced and laughed on the outdoor patio as we watched the little ones play on the swing set. We def will be back. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Summary: The house is a little dated but there is plenty of space . I did see some roaches at during my stay. Grill was good and playground great . It rained and there was a leak that came through the ceiling near the fire place . There was also a ceiling water bubble in the breakfast nook from the rain. I told the host and was accussed of allowing water to splash out of the upstairs tub onto the floor, enough for the bubble to form in the breakfast nook .. not very nice considering I showered once upstairs and did not let the tub fill up .. grocery store and bank and restaurants super close .. So there is some good and bad

Summary: Cute house! Very homey and we had a great visit there. It's absolutely great for kids as well. Super cute playground that is in really good shape. You have to bring lots of Cutter for mosquitos are really tough at times as there is a lot of trees etc. The property owners are so nice and it was really nicely located near what you need. Lastly, had some of the best Thai food of my life locally.
