Summary: Everything you would expect if you’re looking for a modern clean hotel with friendly staff. The $25 day per diem and the complementary drinks you get to compensate for your daily fee more than makes up for the cost and they were very organized about. It was not an issue at checkout at all.

Summary: The hotel overall is very nice. Especially love the pool and cabana area. Very disappointed in the Corine bar service. The bar staff members were not friendly, not attentive, acted as if they made world class drinks but delivered below average results. I waited at the bar for over half an hour before an acknowledgement most times when getting new drinks. Was ready to rack up a big bar tab to celebrate my birthday with family. Their loss

Summary: Great, recently renovated Marriott hotel. Room and bathroom were spotless. We dined at the restaurant Corinne and we were also pleased with our meal. The street surrounding the hotel is under construction but it didn’t prevent us from walking around. When the construction is finished though, it will be a really nice, well located area to enjoy. It seems that more restaurants and entertainment are coming up soon.

Summary: This was a beautiful hotel near the Riverwalk but with peace and quiet when needed. The hotel had wonderful dining spaces (indoor, open air, shaded outdoor, and poolside. The pool was lovely too with plenty of room and both sunny and shady areas. Everyone on staff was extremely friendly including front desk, maintenance, housekeeping, and wait staff. Extremely! They made our stay very enjoyable and I would highly recommend this when you stay in San Antonio.

Summary: The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel was walking distance to Riverwalk and the Alamo. The onsite restaurant was very good also. It was a nice option when we were too tired to walk to eat !

Summary: Overall, we had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, and the pool was great—definitely a highlight of our trip. As for the hotel restaurant, the ambiance was nice and the servers were friendly, which we appreciated. However, the wait times for food were extremely long. We dined there three times during our stay, and each time we waited at least an hour for our meals. This might be understandable if the restaurant had been busy, but there were never more than two parties dining at the same time. We hope management takes a look at this, as it really impacted the dining experience. Aside from that, we enjoyed our time at the hotel.

Summary: The hotel was beautiful! Modern, chic and clean. The front desk staff was so kind and welcoming. The negative things I’d have to say is in the restaurant off the lobby took over 30min to get you food and for the prices it was marginal. Service was not great. Also valet on a Saturday evening was packed and it took 30 min to get your car. I think better staffing and systems could fix that. The gentleman working valet were very nice and apologized for how long it took. Valet was expensive I thought. Overall I’d be back, a great location. We loved renting the bikes!

Summary: It was such a beautiful stay! The hotel was absolutely stunning and extremely clean. The elegance and charm make it look like something out of a movie! Definitely coming back! Service is top notch as well! Didn't get to use the complimentary voucher provided but it was such a nice gesture!
