Summary: While somewhat of a weird layout, the house did function adequately. We understand that we requested an early arrival but based on the condition of the cleanliness of the house it probably would not made a difference. Based on the countertops, floors, ceiling fans ,headboards and outside grill they probably hadn't been adequately cleaned in a while. Kitchen sink hot water was inadequate and sent a message to the host with no response. I addressed several concerns to the host via email that was listed in their welcome book with no response. While the home did meet our needs by it's location, we would have enjoyed our stay more if the house had been presented in a much better condition

Summary: My friends and I stayed at this property for a concert that was in town. There were 8 of us who stayed in the house, and we had plenty of room for all of us to sleep. The amenities were great. We really enjoyed the pool table, dart board, and the backyard. It was a great place for us and will stay again if we have another event in the area.
