Summary: The buildings and grounds were lovely. The owners were very nice. The walk to the beach was short. There were lots of games and activities available. I don’t have a lot of reason to visit Gulfport, no family or friends there, but I would come back just to stay at this place.

Summary: This is truly a beautiful location. I’ve been to a lot of beaches on the Gulf, but never the Mississippi coast. The Live Oaks, the beautiful beaches uncluttered by hotels, restaurants, and condos, the peaceful, calm vibe. This is the one perfect place to RELAX! Also, I guess because it’s so close to N’Orleans, there are lots of good restaurants with GREAT food!

Summary: Location is just steps away from the gulf. Sunrises and Sunsets were amazing. White sandy beach and great restaurants some in walking distance. Perfect for a quiet relaxing vacation. Will definitely visit again !!

Summary: Nice clean house. Set up nicely for couples with or without kids. Walked to the beach and close to New Orleans and other historical sites. Host was responsive and gave us our privacy. Will stay again
