Ideal Beach
Certainly you are planning your summer trip to Bear Lake to play in the water! The lake is a quick five minute drive down the hill, and you won't have to worry about overcrowded beaches because this home includes access to Ideal Beach Resort! Ideal Beach Resort has private beach access (only available to those with a pass), pools, hot tubs, tennis/pickleball courts, basketball courts, a large grassy area, plenty of shade, water sport rentals, mini golf, playgrounds, ice cream shop, and many activities suited for children, teens, and families!
Main Level
Guests rave about the gorgeous decor in this home! The first bedroom once entering the home has a king bed and a smart TV. A full bathroom separates the first bedroom from the master suite. The master is spacious and stylish with a king bed and smart TV. A 3/4 bathroom completes the suite. Another bedroom is on this floor with a queen bed.
The fully stocked kitchen is perfect for the chefs in the group to prepare and serve meals. In addition to the standard kitchen appliances, there is also a wine cooler and K-Duo Keurig coffee maker. Guests can dine at the sturdy dining table or patio furniture. A living room is connected to the kitchen for relaxing, watching movies and making memories.
Downstairs
There is no shortage of excitement and relaxation at this vacation rental! Take your pick between playing pool, playing games, watching movies, or preparing snacks at the wet bar
There are FOUR bedrooms downstairs; three with queen beds and a bunk room that the kids will adore! The bunk room has 3 built-in twin bunk beds with stairs leading to the top bunks.
Outdoors
Guests can enjoy the private hot tub year-round or the fire stove under the deck. During the warmer months, the 30-foot deck is the perfect place to enjoy a raspberry shake and read a book. A BBQ grill is also on the deck. Enjoy views of the Caribbean of the Rockies right from the property! No camping, including RV camping, allowed in this HOA.
Parking at Bear Lake House is large enough for guests, a boat/jet skis and/or ATVs. For winter guests: 4WD or AWD is strongly recommended in the winter. This driveway and surrounding roads will be plowed after a snow storm but driving conditions can be unpredictable so guests are encouraged to drive with caution.

Summary: We had a delightful 3 night stay. The house is modern and cheery, with all the necessities. It was clean and ready for us, on time. There was plenty of room to prepare and serve meals, with space to relax or have a little privacy. We really enjoyed our stay! Highly recommend!!

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at this location!! Pros: the kitchen has everything we needed, 7 bedrooms allowed our group of 16 plenty of room, access to Ideal Beach with all of its amenities (pool, grass, playground, beach…) was amazing. The deck is huge and its furniture is the most comfortable on the property. Finally, the hot tub was loved by all of the grandkids! Cons: the indoor seating was not comfortable. There were 2 couches upstairs and 1 downstairs and none of them were comfortable. After a long day on the lake it would have been great to have somewhere comfortable to sit. The other problem we saw was that the bathrooms had either no rugs, or rugs that did not have any ability to absorb water after coming out of the shower or bath. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would consider staying there again if some new couches were purchased. We will definitely look for properties that allow Ideal Beach access.

Summary: We came in the winter season but it was absolutely beautiful. The property was perfect for what we needed and we had 10 women that were all comfortably accommodated with all the rooms available. My favorite room was the bunk room because it was so fun and cute and just had such a great vibe to it. All the mattresses were extremely comfortable, the home was extremely clean and the views were great even in the winter. We had such a great time utilizing the space for our mindfulness retreat for the women of our company. We were able to comfortably do yoga in the upstairs living room, play pool downstairs, enjoy some time out on the deck, and the kitchen had everything that we needed. The only thing I would comment on was that the temperature downstairs is a lot different than the temperature upstairs. In order to warm the downstairs the heater was cranked up a little bit higher than what was comfortable for the people staying upstairs. There was a little space heater for the downstairs but it didn't really warm up the downstairs a lot. I imagine this isn't that big of a deal in the summer when this property is probably booked a lot more but it's something to keep in mind if you were staying in the winter months. We loved going and exploring and finding a couple good restaurants to eat nearby. Lastly this might not be a big deal and I personally love big windows and not obstructing the views however because I had 10 women in the home there were comments made about how there were no blinds or curtains on the main floor where the living room and kitchen was and that made some of the women feel a little exposed and not having as much privacy that they wanted. Mind you all the rooms have blinds and privacy it was just the main dining room living room and kitchen that was very open and at night anybody can see in and see what you were doing. Overall it was a fantastic experience. This property is so wonderful and very accommodating to larger groups. We would love to stay again in the future.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is just as nice and clean as the picture. But what made everything really workout great was Ashlyn the property manager. We had some needs and she was available to take care of them. Example: We had some cars that could not make it up the winter cold driveway. So she found another for us to park cars at that had a level driveway. She always answered her phone promptly for us. She really made a difference with our stay...Totally recommend any house she’s in charge of!!

Summary: The house was great!!! But what really made our experience there so wonderful was Ashlyn the property manager.. She was easy to get a hold of, and had solutions for some of our issues. Example. Because of the snow and ice cold roads we were unable to get some of the cars up and in the driveway. She found another house with a level driveway we could park those cars in. She was so nice and accommodating..Would honestly recommend using any house she manages in the area. Text or phone call, she always responded promptly. Thanks again.

Summary: This was a beautiful home that fit our family of 15. Kids loved the bunk bed room. The pool table and hot tub got used daily. The kitchen had all the things we needed. And they had some nice little touches that made it feel extra special to stay here. They did have a few things for us to clean when we left: removing sheets, starting a load of towels, starting a load of dishes, and taking out trash. But overall it was fairly reasonable. Beautiful house. Thanks for letting us stay.
