4 Bedroom House in Town of Milo, Penn Yan

Brand newly renovated year round lake home on Keuka's desirable east side. Sits right on the water with very few steps and sprawling patios.
The main floor boasts a brand new kitchen with granite countertops and beautiful new appliances. There is a wrap around island with six bars stools that is open to the living room area.Perfect for entertaining. French doors walk out to a deck with perfect views from both directions of the lake. There is a 46" flat screen TV in living room with roku. Wireless internet is also available.
The upstairs features 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the other 2 bedrooms have queen size beds. Each bedroom has a full closet and a tall chest of drawers. The master bath enters into the master bedroom and also into the hallway.
The basement level features a large bedroom with 2 queen size beds, next to that is a sitting room with a sleeper sofa and flat screen TV. Off of the sitting room is a bathroom with a large standup shower. There are 2 sets of french doors on the basement level that walk out onto 800 sq. ft. of patio with just a few steps to the water.
There is plenty of natural beach with a dock and a fire pit.
The house has central air conditioning.
No smoking allowed inside.
There is a 4% Yates County lodging tax on the rental fee and a $225.00 cleaning fee.

Summary: This home was absolutely stunning. Very clean, comfy beds with water views from every bedroom. The house was well stocked with everything we needed. Would love to stay again.

Summary: It was mostly cloudy for the 2024 Eclipse but luckily we had this great house on the lake to enjoy our time in the Finger Lakes with friends. The owner was quick to respond to our few minor questions. It was also enjoyable just to walk the low traffic road along the lake.

Summary: Our group of 7 friends had a great time in this beautiful home on Keuka Lake. Perfect location to visit wineries, The Windmill Market and downtown Penn Yan. Home had all the amenities supplied. View of the lake from the rooms, deck and patio are stunning. Definitely would stay here again !

Summary: We stayed here to celebrate a 60th birthday party for one of our friends. The cottage is lovely, very clean and well maintained. The deck and fire put area looks like it would be a lot of fun in the Summer months. Highly recommend staying here!

Summary: Easy access to lake, dock was perfect for hanging out and swimming. Only thing missing was a ladder ;) Enjoyed both deck areas, one for sunny days and one for when the rain comes. The views were perfect. Close to several restaurants in either direction. The property itself was lush w greenery. We will definitely look up this property again when we are in the area.
